This amazing home in the Margaritaville Resort has 3 bedrooms. 2 of them have ensuite bathrooms. With a comfy king bed, and a cozy queen bed upstairs, and then the downstairs bedroom has 2 twin beds, so you are sure to find the right bed for each one in your family. Sunset Walk is a short 10 to 15 minute walk with restaurants, live music, a movie theater and so much more. We are only a short 10 to 20 minute drive to The Disney parks depending on which one you are going to. SeaWorld and Universal are also about 25 to 30 mins. Didn't rent a car? No problem, Uber and Lyft can pick u up for a small fee.
Enjoy beautiful sunsets and a water view from your back door. Walk to a new place for Dinner each night. If you like going for walks, if you walk the entire Fins Up Circle you have just done your 2 mile walk. We are a dog friendly resort, complete with a dog walker (on fridge at the villa) and Barkerittaville play park.
If you are inquiring about a monthly stay, there is a required cleaning of the kitchen and bathrooms once every 30 days. There will be an additional monthly cleaning fee of $90 every 30 days.
