This condo features unique and personal touches to provide comfort to our guests at every turn. This unit has a fully equipped kitchen that provides all the basics to those who enjoy cooking and also houses a full size washer and dryer. Guests also have access to 2 en-suite bathrooms with a full- size shower/tub combo. shampoo, conditioner and body wash are provided in both.
The space
Located just 15-20 minutes from Disney. escape to our 3rd floor cozy condo located in our resort style gated community where luxury and comfort meet. This condo is the epitome of comfort featuring 3 plush 12inch memory foam beds in each bed with cushioned headboards to rest your head while watching your favorite streaming program on the 55- inch smart TV. Guests also have access to en-suite full- size shower/tub combo, shampoo, conditioner and body wash are provided.

The living room houses a 65 inch smart tv and plush comfy soft to relax and stretch out.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basics for those aspiring chefs or who just love a home cooked meal.

If you are tired of the parks and need to recharge, you can relax in the community pool and spa.
Guest access
Guests have full access to everything inside the condo with their own assigned keypad code for extra security.

Guest also have access to pools and fitness center with amenities key card that is labeled and hanging on the holder by the door.
Other things to note
Our guests have access to a plethora of amenities, including two swimming pools, a shallow pool for the little ones, a hot tub for relaxation, a well-equipped fitness center, a tennis court for some friendly competition, and a BBQ/picnic area for family gatherings. Kids will love the playground, while nature enthusiasts can explore the Shingle Creek Regional Park Trail, which offers scenic views of the lake and amenities like biking and paddling.

Guests will be provided a Visitor decal with an atomistic gate magnet for their car for over-night parking. (the decal must be returned to the unit prior to check-out or there will be a replacement fee of $200)
