Our resort community and the surrounding area offer a wide range of activities for the whole family to enjoy. Inside our gated community, you`ll find a large heated swimming pool, an additional hot tub, and exciting waterslides. On pleasant days, we set up outdoor games around the pool area for everyone to enjoy. To make your stay even more convenient, The Cabana Pool bar & Grill is located poolside and open daily serving lunch and drinks.

For those looking to stay active, the clubhouse features a fully equipped fitness center. Plus, our on-site convenience store, Sam`s Pantry, has all the last-minute essentials you might need.

Front Desk is open until 11 pm nightly. The name on the reservation must match the name of the guest registering. The registered guest must be 21 years or older.

The WIFI is 1 Gig Fiber wifi, each room contains a modem/router that allows for wired connections if needed.

Kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, cooking utensils, and plates/cups/silverware.
All units have a washer and dryer.

A maximum of two dogs per townhouse is permitted. We do not allow cats, birds, or other animals.
Puppies under one year of age are not permitted.
Dogs must be crated when guests are not in the unit.
Dogs are not permitted in common areas, such as the pool deck.
We have breed restrictions and do not allow breeds known to be aggressive.

We do not charge for service animals. Please note that the State of Florida does not recognize emotional support animals as service animals.

Pets must be officially included in your Airbnb reservation, and the associated pet fee must be paid through the platform. Please be aware that failure to report a pet or remit the required pet fee will result in extra cleaning service charges equivalent to an amount higher than the standard pet fee, in addition to any applicable taxes.

Guests who make official rental requests at least 48 hours before their arrival will receive a 50% discount on the rental fee.
