🗑️ Trash & Recycling: Please use proper bins — $1,000 cleaning fee if ignored.



🎉 No Parties or Events: $150 fine; guests may be asked to vacate without refund.

Security & Noise Monitoring

For the safety and comfort of our guests and neighbors, this property is equipped with:

Exterior cameras at the front doorbell, driveway, and side of the house — for outdoor monitoring only. There are no cameras inside the property.

A noise monitoring sensor inside the property to ensure compliance with community quiet hours and local noise ordinances. This device monitors sound levels only — no audio is recorded.

🚘 Getting Around & Parking



- The community permits a maximum of four vehicles per property.

- Community has a security gate; all drivers must be registered before check-in.

- Overflow parking is not permitted.

- Prohibited vehicles: boats, trailers, RVs, campers, commercial or construction vehicles.



📭 USPS deliveries can't be received — they're left in a mailbox we can't open. Door-delivery carriers like UPS, FedEx and Amazon are fine.
