Mediocre

Unit wasn’t very clean. Hair on the couch crumbs on the floor. The linens were cheep. Beds uncomfortable. Towels older than the unit and very shabby. The TVs aren’t watchable. Always buffering. Common elevator smelled like vomit.

Photos online are better than reality

The location was convenient for our purposes, however, the property looks much better online than it did in person. My family appreciated the space, and the appliances, furniture, and decor were nice. However, the unit is apparently older than it looks in the photos, and it was very dirty. There seems to be a issue with maintenance in general, as exterior messy with mulch all over the sidewalk, tall grass, and random trash lying around. We checked in after dark,, and there were no porch lights on - we had to use our cellphones to try and enter the code. The code did not work, so we had to call. After trying 3 codes, we were finally given one that worked. Inside the carpet was old and matted, and there were scuff marks in the paint on the walls. The corners and floors in the bathrooms in particular were very dirty. There is only one AC unit, which worked fine for downstairs, but 3 of the 4 bedrooms are upstairs, and it was warm up there. I think the property has potential to be very nice, it just needs some TLC, maintenance, and cleaning.

The condo was clean and new. The community had a lot of construction which is the only downside.
