Welcome to our Florida Retreat! This beautiful 1856 sq ft townhome is situated in the amazing, full service, gated community of Regal Palms Resort. Come create magical memories in our delightful home! We are situated just a short 3 minutes from all the clubhouse amenities and pool. Also a short 20 minutes away is the entrance to the Disney Parks, and in the plaza a block away is the Publix Grocery store and other shopping and restaurants.

We have currently updated and renovated many of the rooms, new carpet and paint throughout, and new appliances. There are 2 parking spots right outside. Our home has a full size washer and dryer with all laundry detergent and dryer sheets provided. In home WiFi and long distance calling throughout the US and Canada.

KITCHEN: Fully equipped, and stocked kitchen, just like home! Updated with new appliances Nov 2019. Includes all pots/pans, dishes, glassware, children's plastic cups and plates, utensils, knives, kettle, toaster, hand blender, mixer, crock pot, waffle iron, and Keurig Coffee machine with complimentary coffee/hot chocolate. Extra amenities provided include all dishwasher detergent, dish soap, paper towels and garbage bags. A half bath is situated just off the kitchen.

LIVING/DINING ROOM: Relax and unwind in the comfortable atmosphere of the combined living/dining room. The dining table seats 6 and there is a small table and 2 more chairs in the kitchen. The living room opens up to a patio where you can sit outdoors and enjoy the Florida sunshine! There is a comfortable sofa and loveseat to relax and enjoy the large flat screen TV with cable and a DVD player.

UPSTAIRS MASTER SUITE: The exquisite, spacious master bedroom has a king size bed with quality bedding and a new Casper mattress. A large walk in closet, 2 dressers, large flat screen TV with cable. The beautiful en-suite bathroom has shower w/Garden tub. The adjoining balcony has patio furniture for a relaxing warm Florida evening!

DOWNSTAIRS MASTER SUITE: This second master suite is located on ground level and is perfect for elderly or disabled guests. This lovely room also makes it so easy and comfortable for two families to share our home! With a beautiful ensuite full bathroom, there is a Queen Bed with quality bedding and a new Casper mattress. A dresser and a large flat screen TV with cable.

HARRY POTTER ROOM: Books and decor make you feel whisked away into the world of Harry Potter! Features two twin beds with quality bedding. A flat screen TV with cable. A walk in closet, and dresser.

DISNEY ROOM: Be immersed in the magic of Disney! Features two twin beds with quality bedding. A flat screen TV with cable. Books, Toys, closet and dresser.

Another full bathroom upstairs between the Harry Potter room and Disney Room.

Very family friendly! We supply a pack n'play, high chair, stroller, and a selection of games, books, and toys.

THE REGAL PALMS RESORT: This resort is a fantastic, beautiful, gated community. The resort offers 2 large pools that have a year round temperature of 78 degrees. With a zero entry pool for the younger guests and lazy river and water slide for older guests. The jacuzzi/hot tub is always heated at 104 degrees. The water park stays open until 11 pm making it easy to relax after a day at the parks.
Beach Volleyball Court, Tiki Bar, Billiard Tables, Frankie Farrell's Pub and Grille restaurant has Clubhouse and Poolside Dining, Bar, Health & Beauty Spa, Gym/Fitness Center with Sauna & steam room and showers, and 24 hour Front Desk services. Tennis courts and basketball courts and children's play areas are close by.
Banana Jacks is a kids' fun zone featuring an arcade room, an indoor playground, prizes, food and entertainment for the whole family.
The resort is very well maintained and beautiful!

Our stay at Regal Palms was amazing. We were so thankful for a lovely home to stay in. The decorations were so fun! The house was very clean and it was stocked with dishes and appliances. Thank you for making our Florida vacation a wonderful experience.

Fabulous family vacation home

The home was exactly like it was advertised. It was very neat and tidy upon arrival.The owners were to communicate with all the way up to our stay.The location is close to the clubhouse and pool area.We will definitely look to stay here again!Thank you so much for an excellent family vacation! This house is everything you need for a great getaway in Orlando. It is in a great location near many attractions. It is comfortable, clean and very neatly decorated. We meet many great people and had a lot of fun while using the amenities at the resort. Definitely recommend 👌

Disney World

We spent 6 nights at Regal Palms, and spent 4 days going to Disney and other attractions. The location is convenient to these places. Regal Palms also has the pool area, which our granddaughters really enjoyed. The house is well appointed and has everything we needed for our stay. Would come back to 349 Verona.

Most Beautiful House

I must say that once I opened the doors to the property, it was absolutely stunning. I loved the themed rooms and the little spark of fantasy everywhere especially the little quotes in small spaces. I would definitely stay here at again as well as recommend this place to anyone. Thank you for allowing my family in your home.

Great stay in Orlando!

This rental was great for 3 teens & 2 adults and we didn’t even use one of the bedrooms. There were plenty of towels and pool toys along with anything else you need. We all had our own bathroom too which was a big bonus. The owner was responsive and helpful. The best part was the lazy river which the kids spent hours floating in. Great location and close to activities. Recommend!

Family friendly

We had plenty of room when our children and grandchildren came to visit. There were many activities right in resort that were availabl., Even on rainy days, the grandchildren were never bored. Everything youneeded for a baby or toddler was provided, which saved our children the struggle of bringing strollers, pack n plays,etc with them. We loved the property and the owners were wonderful to work with. Highly recommend this property.

Great Family Stay

The townhouse is spacious with comfortable beds and great Disney decor. The kitchen is well equipped and located close to Publix and a few restaurants. The drive to Universal was about 50 min and Magic Kingdom about 30, depending on traffic. The lazy river fun and the pool small but clean. The arcade had lots of games. The pool area is a 3 minute walk from the townhouse. Other than proximity to the parks this townhouse is perfect for a family vacation.

We really enjoyed our stay at Mark and Shelbi's townhouse.They were quick to respond when we had questions prior to our stay. The townhouse was exactly as described. Everything was very clean. Our family enjoyed having access to the pool, arcade, and other amenities at the resort. The patio area in back is nice and quiet if you want to go outside to read or enjoy a morning cup of coffee. There was plenty of room for our 5 kids (teenagers-early 20s) and us to relax without being on top of each other.

Great House and Excellent Location

The house was as advertised. Everything was clean. Convenient location to stores, restaurants, and gas stations. The location of the house was perfect for our trip. We were within a short distance to Disney and Universal. We did a beach day as well and traveled about an hour and a half. The homeowners responded quickly to any questions or concerns that we had and went above and beyond to help. The resort was amazing, we enjoyed the pool and lazy river. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to conquer several Orlando attractions in one trip.

Would definitely return. Everything at the property was exactly as described, and the convenience of the location to the pools in comparison to other properties was worth every penny. Some friends were situated so far from the pool portion of the resort, that they found it necessary to drive to the pools rather than walk. The communication with the property owners was quick and detailed, and everything was in working order throughout the duration of our stay. Even with six of us, we had plenty of room for everyone. Read the booklet on the table upon your arrival, there were lots of tips that we were able to use to our advantage. No complaints at all. Thank you!!

Good place to stay

Everything was great but there were a few thing that were not so great. The day we arrived we pulled up to the house and the clearers were still there even though it was 30 minutes after our check in time and it took them another 30 minutes to leave. When we got in the house there was a strange smell like bo but nothing air freshener can’t fix the smell was going after a few hours and the first day the ac would not turn on I called the emergency number given and they had someone out in just a few hours to fix the problem. All in all I would stay here again and recommend it to others looking to stay in the area

We really enjoyed this property. The spaciousness was amazing, everyone had their own space and there was enough family time/room space. Loved it. Only one weird thing happened for a day or so, when we turned the ac off and back on it gave us no reception.
