Early arrivals ~ Pre-Registration begins @ noon. You may come fill out registration, pay resort fees and enjoy the pool until check in time.

Late check outs are subject to property availability and must be approved 24 hrs. in advance to check out date.

EXPEDIA Ticket desk is conveniently located in lobby for all your attraction ticket and dinner show needs from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Garbage/Trash Service:
All Garbage/Trash must be contained in Standard Kitchen bags. Loose items, grocery bags, or small bathroom liners will not be picked up. Please place in large blue receptacles located out back of unit.

There is a cleaning fee of $110 (All guests pay $110 to clean after you leave.) No daily maid service is provided, unless you wish to have a cleaning done during your stay, at a cost of $110. This vacation rental is a self-catered unit. I supply Trash bags under the kitchen sink and I kindly ask you to please bag all garbage and dispose of it in the garbage can in the backyard.

A deposit of $250 is refundable in full following your stay (with the following conditions). Failure to report all guests on the property, damaged/missing items in the home and smoking in the home will all result in forfeiture of all/some of the security deposit and rental monies paid.

All of our guests have access to the on-site Regal Palms Resort, which is approximately a 5 minute walk from our townhouse. Resort access provides guests with all these features:
