Disney Dream Vacation-Gated Community

Nestled within the secure confines of the gated Bellavida Resort community, featuring 24/7 security, our property provides a safe/quiet haven for your Disney family vacation! Just 11 miles from the Disney World Welcome Sign! Your family will love unwinding in our private pool after a day at the theme parks. The community amenities also include a hot-tub/spa, zero-entry heated pool, playground, sand volleyball court, and basketball court for added enjoyment! No parties allowed!

The space
This is a gated community with security. Neither Vrbo nor this neighborhood allows parties! You will love to know that we will notify security about how many vehicles you will bring for added security measures!

Private Pool:
Guests may choose to pay an additional $40 per day to to heat the private pool and it is required to remain heated for your entire stay. Please Note that during the colder months the pool may struggle to heat when temperatures drop below 60 degrees or so outside.

The Bellavida Resort also offers a public neighborhood public pool and hot-tub/spa that that guest may use that is already heated, for no additional charge.
