Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Great house; Vacasa support not so great

The house was just as the pictures show - very clean and the kids' rooms and game room were very fun. It had everything we needed (except a corkscrew). There was sometimes a long line to check in, but if already checked in you can use the bypass lane. I had two serious issues unresolved by local Vacasa support - very disappointing.

Great themed home with game room

We all enjoyed our stay in this adorable home! The themed kids rooms are so much fun for the kiddos! A slide in each room was a super hit with the kids. The game room is great and everything was working properly. We were concerned, from previous reviews, but we had no issues with any of the games. Having our own private pool & spa was a huge plus! Home has a lot of room for everyone, tv's everywhere & a well stocked kitchen. We had more then enough towels and found the mini soaps, shampoos & conditioners useful. Highly Recommend!

Great Stay!

This home was clean and well stocked. The arcade room was a huge bonus! I'm not sure who had more fun, the kids or the adults. With the added resort amenities that are included, we never felt the need to leave the community all weekend. Communication with Vacasa throughout the process was easy and timely. We also loved the fact that we could bring our dog with us since the home is pet friendly and didn't have to leave her behind. The community has sidewalks and grassy areas so it was easy to walk her. Would definitely recommend!

This house was nice and clean. The kids had a lot of fun but many things happened. When we got to the house the air conditioner was not working. The house was HOT. Many attempts to call and have someone fix it but someone didn’t come until the next day. Also, the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night saying there was a fire. No one came to the emergency line and no code was provided in the house instructions. Finally, after 20 minutes of excruciating noise, we tried 1234 and it worked. I was told it was “fixed” but the second night it went off two other times and last, the fridge worked but barely. We were afraid of the food in there going bad. Vacasa did not compensate us for all this trouble. They didn’t seem to care that much that we had horrible nights/stays. Will not be booking from them ever again.

3 day weekend fun

The house was just as described! The game room was so fun and the kids never wanted to come out. Exactly as the description and pictures showed.The air conditioner upstairs was awful. It was 78-80 degrees during the by 10am and usually didnt cool off until sometime around 2-3am. Which made a good portion of sleeping hours unbearable. Showering and getting ready while your sweating isnt ideal either.The refrigerator did not keep our food cold. We ended up throwing a lot of things away and keeping drinks on ice, which I dont think is okay at all.I was told I could not get grocery delivery nor could our group get to the resort prior to check in to use the community amenities, which was false. I called directly to the resort who told me that was absolutely not true. We arrived at 12 and went into the community pool and had groceries delivered after check in. I was getting conflicting information between VRBO and Vacasa and the resort which makes navigating 17 people traveling 2.5 hours away a tad stressful. Add on the added stress of a hot house and a refrigerator not cooling hundred of dollars worth of food and a customer service rep basically telling you ‘theres nothing we can do. just get ice’..it wasnt the most pleasant experience I ever had.

Management needs to do better

Game room door is missing screws and hard to close, edge on last step is flimsy, fridge never got cold which lead to us getting food poising, larger parking should be considered beings the house holds 20 people, water doesn’t get anything but warm so cold showers are a great way to start the day, entrance to the property is a joke. Kept us outside of the gate after 12AM due to names not on the list for house. Property management said it was. Guard & management went back and fourth before ending up letting us inside cause they felt bad for our 7 kids. Beds slept GREAT!

Great place to stay with a large group, but no communication with property manager.

We really enjoyed this location, and the resort was amazing! After needing to add a third vehicle, there was no contact from the owner. The resort was responsive and helpful but all pass releases must be from the owner. After 3 days we never did receive a third pass which by their policy is 24 hours according to the owner. When you check in at the gate the staff stated it takes 5 minutes for approval. This was extremely frustrating because we had to park the vehicle on the outside and make multiple trips back and forth. We were worried that the car would be towed in one of the outside parking lots which was a lingering concern we had every night. Not worth the stress!
