When we arrived, the house was very cold. We reached out to the property management team throughout the night, but they were unresponsive. We had a terrible night. The house was freezing, there weren’t enough blankets, and the babies cried all night because they were cold. The next morning, we left for the park at 7am. We were in contact with the property management company all through the day. They assured us that the problem had been fixed. When we got back to the house that night, it was 59. We called again and they sent out a technician at 10:30 PM. He also said it was fixed. But cold air was still blowing from the vents. The technician finally took apart the thermostat and found a dead lizard. The heat started to work around midnight. Another awful night. It didn’t start to warm up until about 1 AM.On Sunday, we started the dishwasher when we left for the park in the morning. When we arrived back in the evening, there was water all over the kitchen floor. When I opened the cabinet under the sink to see what happened, it was obvious that there was a problem with a leak. There was a plastic cup under the drain - it had obviously leaked previously and wasn't fixed.On Monday when we were stripping the beds to check out, we found blood stains on one mattress pad and urine stains on another.This property advertises 24/7 emergency service, but it was almost impossible to get anyone on the phone, and email correspondence was slow.I would not recommend renting this house!
