Great Location!

Beautiful House, very comfortable. Close to everything, plenty of food nearby. Great communication from host at all points of the stay. Look forward to visiting again soon!

Spring Break Trip

We absolutely loved the home. Emilia was an amazing host and answered all questions and requests promptly. The home was exactly as described, comfortable and the perfect location. We will absolutely book again if available for our fall trip.

Comfortable and Quiet

With traffic we were 30-40 min from Universal, which wasn't bad for us. We enjoyed coming back to calm and comfortable community. We all enjoyed our stay. Only downside is the step getting inside wasn't wheelchair friendly and my wheelchair didn't fit through doorway to bedroom or restroom. But if you traveling without a wheelchair you will absolutely love. Management was easy to contact and very friendly. Will definitely stay again once i am back fully mobile.

5 Star Property!!!! A Must Stay!!! Highly recommended!!

First of we would love to give all our kudos to Emilia. She was an amazing host, who went above and beyond to make sure our stay at her property was smooth and easy. She had excellent communication and was always available to answer any and all questions or concerns that we had during our stay. Before our arrival we kept in contact which was great because it eased all of our concerns. We stayed at this property from December 22-28 and we wished it would of been longer. Her property looks exactly as shown in the pictures provided. Extremely clean, lots of towels, clean bedding and a lot of little extras that one may need on a trip. She even went above and beyond as to providing us with a pack and play for one of our kids. The beds are extremely comfortable, a dream to sleep in and relax after a long day of fun.. This location is amazing close to a Publix, fast food restaurant, Walmart and all roads/highways leading to the parks or the airport. Again you would not be disappointed when booking this property. We will most definitely be booking again.

Good house for a quick getaway

I had booked this house for my stay at Orlando with the plan to visit Universal and the beach. With the weather not co-operating had to spend more time indoors than originally anticipated. This house / property was as described in the listing. Very clean and neat place. The house owner was very prompt in answering questions and helping with the check-in process. I had requested for an earlier check-in and the owner did accomodate that. I didnt end up checking early given all the delays and traffic due to bad weather up north. But nonetheless the overall experience was pleasant. As I had to spend a lot more time in the house, I can point out a few minor improvements. The living area was slightly poorly lit and might be better off with an addition of a floor lamp. Overall, the kitchen is good, but could be better with some more pots and pans. Beyond this.. I cant think of anything to comment on. Overall, a great place to stay and a very warm and kind owner/property manager to interact with.

Family vacation in Florida

This was really clean and close to alot of places . We enjoyed our stay and will be glad to stay again when coming back . The host was very pleasant and if we needed anything she was on it . But we didn’t need anything she was available when needed .

Great stay. Good place.

Rental went great it was easy and pain free the property is great plenty of space. Community is noisy due to lots of construction but we were never there during the day but did woke up early due to noise. Property owner was very easy to get instructions and was great to work with.
