     There is nearly 3,000 sq. ft. of space including 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms (more than almost all other nearby villas) and is fully air-conditioned in two zones, with brand new air pumps. Our home has been designed to comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests & is perfect for family groups.

     In addition to a brand new two-zone central air-conditioning system, all of the main guest bedrooms come with ceiling fans for extra comfort.



     In addition, you will find a game room and 2 large lounge areas. Our wonderful villa also comes complete with a 55 flat-screen HD/LCD TV, a 42 hi-def LCD TV, flat-screen TVs & DVD players, PlayStation & X-Box 360, & more!
