We loved staying here. Property was clean and comfortable for our large party. We loved the pool and lazy river area.

The home was spacious and the water park was absolutely fun. There is a bar, volleyball, etc. LOADS of fun things to do without even leaving . The only con was there wasn’t enough towels and wash clothes for everyone . We could’ve used more. But overall it’s was fine .

Dirty,Rundown Condo with broken Amenities
Our stay was very disappointing. The write up on Vrbo stated that this condo was Exquisite! It was not! The best way to describe it is ... It looked like the owner went out to a second hand store and furnished it with broken down/stained furniture throughout the whole house. I could write a novel on how disgusting this place was. The worst was the safety concerns. My 2 year old grandson cut his leg and feet because of it. The front door had 8 nails sticking out, back door was broken, the front entry tile was smashed and the landscape around the back was full of broken glass, tin can lids, and large piece of broken concrete. The owner had been given 3 months to disclose to us that all the amenities were not available but he told us 3 days before we were to arrive! The front desk wanted to still charge us the resort fee until we complained. The first day we were there a real estate agent came to show the condo. We said she couldn't and she was not happy. This does explain why this place was so rundown and neglected. I have filed a complaint with VRBO. Owners should be held accountable for misrepresenting their property.

Access and ease of booking with the homeowner A+ Location to Orlando amenities and ease of driving A+ Cleanliness of home - need a deep clean. Floors and banisters sticky and tiny ants all over counters and floors. Some broken light fixtures, and front door does not latch unless deadbolted. Can see the outdoors thru crack of front door. Pool amenities A+ Front end desk clerk Marisa, was extremely rude to my family as we could not find the “clubhouse” as it was indicated in email late at night so we took our tiny toddler to the home and checked in to the resort the next morning. Instead of welcoming us she reprimanded us for not checking in the night before even when we explained we could not locate “clubhouse” as it says it is a Restaurant and Spa out front. At the same time a Spanish speaking older man with his daughter translating for him had also arrived the night late before and was saying he couldn’t find his vehicle. Marisa then jumped in and smugly stated it had been towed for parking on the curb. The man you could see was disappointed but not rude at all as his young daughter was translating as the front end receptionist continued to be curt and smug about their situation. I felt she was a poor representation of customer service in how she handled all of us. The price was more than fair for what we needed for our family. Would rent from owner again. Just very off put from the resort staff.
