Pool heat must be requested 48hrs before check in. $45/day fee for pool heat and must be heated for the entire reservation. This large pool takes up to 48hrs to get to temperature. The spa gets warmer then the pool and the pool gets to around 88 degrees. We are not responsible for colder temperatures impacting the heating equipment.

Guest access
You will have full access to this private villa as well as free access to all of Windsor Island's amenities. You will get a secure door code before check in. No need to use keys.

Other things to note
* Guest list required for each confirmed booking to gain access into the community and all amenities. Additional guests requested need full names 48hrs in advance.
* No smoking inside or outside of the property. $500 penalty fee for smoking at the property.
* No parties allowed. $500 penalty fee for violations and/or parties reported.
* Pets are allowed but must be pre-approved in writing before check in by host. Dogs under 45 lbs accepted and must not be left by themselves at any time. There is $150 fee per pet. There are no other charges except if the villa is damaged by the pet and/or additional cleaning is needed fees of $500 for cleaning plus any damage will be charged.
* This property is monitored via exterior cameras at the front entrance and side of house for your safety
* Rental property agreement is required to be signed with a valid government issued ID after reservation has been confirmed. Failure to comply will result to the cancellation of reservation without refund.
* The host does not own or control the amenities at the Windsor Island Resort. If for any reason certain amenities are closed or not working properly this is at no fault to the host and no refunds will be given.
* No refunds will be given for circumstances out of our control ie storms, acts of god, plane or car delays etc. We highly recommend you purchase trip insurance.
