Fun, Family Getaway

The home was a great spot to hang out and unwind at the end of the day. The kids loved there bunk room, and it was a great size for 6 of us. It was clean, comfortable and pretty central to where we needed to be.

we went for my daughters birthday which happened to fall on thanksgiving week. The house was absolutely beautiful. The host was incredibly communicative. The amenities were amazing. Will definitely be going back again.

Rogers family vacation

From the Rogers family, we had an incredible time at the resort, there was plenty of room for everyone in the house., my kids really enjoyed the amenities that the resort had to offer. This is most definitely a place we would consider coming back in the future.

We traveled here from Georgia for family vacation. The booking, check-in process was all made easy. The house was nice and the property owner was great to work with, great communicator throughout the entire process. Most importantly the kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool, water slide and lazy river. Highly recommended-5⭐️

Great location, quiet neighborhood.

The location of this property was great. Communication with the property owner was open and they were responsive. We did not have any issues with the location or the check in process as everything went smoothly. The home itself does have some wear and tear so do not expect this home to be pristine. However, it was great for our 6 night stay and fit our needs very well. Any issues or questions we had, we reached out and there was not hesitation regarding responses. Beds were comfortable and I was very happy that this location had 4 beds in one room so that all 3 of my boys could sleep together in one room and no one was left out during this trip. It was also nice to have everyone have their own bathrooms and space!

The property stated it has 2 king beds it does not it’s 1 king, 1 queen and two bunk beds that have full beds on the bottom and twins on the top. Definitely could do better with the cleaning as there was previous guests food and hair throughout the house as well as thick dust on fans, vents and doors. However the location is great and has all the amenities you will need close by but

Overall it was good!

Regal palms was a great resort. They let us bring our own food and drink in, even though the rules states otherwise. The pools were so warm and the lazy river was really fun. The drinks were expensive but very tasty. Our townhouse was not that clean, many stains on carpets and walls. Not enough towels for quests and kitchen was not stocked. No dish towels, very old pots and pans (some were not safe use - no stick coating was pealing off) The coffee maker did not turn off, which can be a serious fire hazard. The washer machine had mold in it that could not be wiped off. The host was great, he was always available for questions and gave answers in a timely fashion.

Decent Townhouse outside the busyness of Orlando

Cute little townhouse was a fun spot to stay for our family (3 boys - 11, 9, and 1). Unfortunately the water slide, lazy river, beach pool, and hot tub were all closed for reconstruction, but the property management team worked closely with us to ensure we were taken care of in spite of that. The arcade was decent and had a jungle gym structure inside for the rainy days. This town house was a little smaller than expected, but still worked for us. Not sure how you would get 2 families in here though unless they are small families. Also the timing to Universal was farther than we expected (about 45min). To Disney was about 30min drive. The grocery store is walking distance, but a long walk (about 15min). Walking to the pool took about 10min. Overall this was a decent place and we would stay again. Would definitely work/stay with this management team. They were fantastic to work with.

The townhouse is in a cute little gated community, and had a lot of beach toys and kid friendly items stashed away in the closets. The resort pool is a lot of fun, and the check in desk was very convenient. We had a couple miscommunications about the listing and fees, and the owner and property manager were very responsive and worked with us to make sure our stay was a good one. Overall a great place to stay and we would definitely go back again.

Yes. Great place. New large pools and rooms.There is a few things you have to sign and pay for at the 2 front desks (keys, parking pass) before you can get in. The rooms are brand new and very modern. The kitchens have all the needed amenities (coffee machine, pans, silverware, wine glasses, cups, plates for a family for a day).

Great for Family Trip

Great space to enjoy a family trip to Disney. The check in was easy, amenities were nice and the home was pretty clean. Had to stock up on essentials like toilet paper, and do a good wipe down in the kitchen but wasn’t a deal breaker at all. Would definitely recommend.

Great Property!!

Our family had such a wonderful time! Just about 30 minutes from the parks. The resort is beautiful! The kids loved the pool! The house was super clean and stocked with lots of necessities to get us through the week. Check in and out was a breeze. The owner kept in touch and made sure everything was perfect! Would definitely stay here again!
