Liked: Cleanliness, amenities, communication

The beds are old and cheap and uncomfortable. The unit itself is nice enough but seems like the cheapest of everything was left for guests, not even a bath mat provided in the downstairs bathroom. Investing some money into decent mattresses would have made our stay much more enjoyable.
