House was nice.

The house itself was very nice. The neighborhood was questionable. Some houses were well taken care of and others were not. There were a lot of cars parked in the road. I wish it was a gated community. The pool was very nice.

Great long weekend stay

This was an excellent property in a quiet location and short drive to Disney. We definitely enjoyed our stay here. The home was clean, well-maintained, and the perfect place for myself, my wife and our pup. Didn’t get the chance to use the pool, but looked clean and inviting. Would definitely recommend this rental to others!

Quaint Disney Villa is all I could ask for and more

The property was perfect for my elderly father visinting and my toddler as well Plenty of rooms for everyone to have their own space. Clean properrt as well Hosts are very responsive to any and all questions. Wpuld definitelt stay here agaun

Nice home

House was very comfortable and everything worked!! Owner was very accommodating and always answered any inquiry promptly. Unfortunately weather was against us and could not use pool but got in many walks in the neighborhood with our pup. Overall stay was very pleasant.

Great family vacay

Loved staying here! Kids loved the pool, we loved having the space to spread out while away for the week. Bill and Nadine were very good at communicating. We would for sure come back.

Cosy Family Home

Disney Days !!

The property was close to all Disney parks and dining,grocery stores, and Walmart. All this within 6 miles or less. The Condo was perfect with our private pool and the privacy was great would definitely recommend this to all families.

Family Thanksgiving Vacation

Went down with my wife, daughter, her hubby and our two grandchildren. House was a perfect fit and close to Disney parks. Very dog friendly and even has a park nearby to take your dog. After the kids left my wife and I stayed a few extra days. For supplies was easy to get at the nearby Walmart. Would stay again.

Third Time A Charm!

Location, location, location. Just returned from a week in Florida. This is now our third time staying at Bill and Nadene's villa. It is in a great location close to all parks and anything else you would need such as grocery stores, restaurants, etc. Also, their villa is in a very quiet neighborhood which was great after a long day in a park to come back to, go for a swim and relax. Also has all the amenities you would need including recent upgrades to furniture and all appliances. We highly recommend and will be back soon for sure! Thanks again Bill & Nadene!

Cozy cottage

The house was very nice and had everything we needed. It was clean, everything worked / no issues present with A/C, washer/dryer, etc. The kitchen was stocked with pots, pans, utensils, etc., and there were lots of extra towels and linens! I appreciated that there did not appear to be cameras everywhere outside (if at all), which we have experienced with other VRBOs. The only "cons" were the mattresses, which were not very comfortable (the twin bed mattresses sagged at the bottom), and the location of the house which was a bit farther from the parks in Orlando than we would have liked, esp given the summertime traffic. But overall, it was very clean, cozy, and a nice place to stay!

Winter Getaway

My husband and I had a nice 2 week stay. Cute home in a safe and friendly walkable neighborhood with a park nearby. We took our dog and was nice to take her for walks there. The beautiful landscaping was a great backdrop for the nice heated screened pool out the great room door. We had everything we needed to cook in but many great restaurants nearby. The house, kitchen, dishes, appliances, beds, bathrooms, furniture, linens were very clean with exception of some stained carpeting which Patti assured me had been cleaned recently and would be changed out soon. And we felt the pool deck and grill could have been cleaner. The manager Patti and owner Bill were very easy to work with and called to check on us. Thanks Bill and Nadine for sharing your villa with us!

Comfortable home

The home is clean and the furniture is comfortable. The house is in a quiet neighborhood.The pool was clean and was great to cool off in this hot weather. The owner, Bill, was quick to respond and very nice. Thank you for a comfortable stay and accommodating me on my last minute trip to Florida.
