Family-sized townhome with private pool & screened-in patio!

With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, this spacious home sleeps 11 people comfortably. You will love this one!! You'll find a flat screen TV's in each room.

The open concept floor allows everyone to be together, whether you are hanging out watching your favorite show on one of the flat screens or enjoying family time!

The fully equipped kitchen has all you'll need with stainless steal appliances and granite counter tops.

Optional pool heat is available at $35 per day + tax (4 day minimum). We would recommend adding pool heat to your reservation between the months of November and April.

Nice location close to everything

Host was very attentive and got back to us quickly with answers to questions. Grandkids enjoyed the splash pad. Just wish the community pool was heated. Beds were comfy and enjoyed the reclining sofas in the living room.

Awesome!

Loved the theme bedrooms. Stayed with my wife and son's family of 5. Grandkids ages 6,6, and 8. The kids loved being able to swim in their own pool and the depth was perfect for them. The association pool was awesome as well! Location was about 30 minutes from Disney depending on traffic. Several good restaurants near by as well.

Weekend Getaway

We came up to Orlando to see my daughter who goes to UCF l.We loved the house. The decor was cute and fitting for the area. The beds were very comfortable, Slept great! It was very spacious, comfortable and clean. Next time will definitely get the pool heated. Water was still cold for April. We were so busy going to Epcot, Universal Studios and MegaCon that we didn’t get to enjoy any of the amenities but that gives us a reason to come back and stay longer. We had a great time and can’t wait to go back.

If you're thinking about it, DO IT!

This property is beautiful! It looks exactly like the pictures and we felt right at home. The pool was great and we opted for pool heat which was a great addition and worked well. We had plenty of towels and everything we needed in the kitchen. The only thing I would recommend would be a full length mirror. But that wouldn't stop me from staying here again at all. Ana was wonderful and communicated with me very well. I would book this home again in a heartbeat.
