Great for larger groups!

The 10 of us stayed here over New Years to relax, swim, and visit a park. The pool was amazing and large enough for all of us. The bedrooms were a great size and the loft was where the teenagers spent their time. The kitchen was well stocked. The game room was fun. The location of the house is close to I-4, giving us access to everything. We had a blast. Thank you!

I would like to give a 5 star as everything is as perfect. I will say it’s a bit far from Disney especially during peak traffic but the property is everything it’s listed as! Neighborhood was quiet and clean. I took away a star due to the cleanliness of the property. There were shrimp shells around the pool, a dirty black facial cloth left in the upstairs master’s suite tub/shower, makeup stained bedding in an upstairs rear single bed room but overall we had a great experience. I would advise of a better review/cleaning of the property. I would definitely recommend the home to others. It’s extremely spacious and comfortable. I would like to advise travelers of the extremely long line getting into the gate at night. We ordered door dash one night and went out another night which lead to an over 20 minutes of a wait to enter the neighborhood. There is only one way in and out of the neighborhood so plan accordingly for after hours. The host was very responsive, the check in was super quick and easy. You’ll only need a parking pass from the front office! Overall this property would be a dream to book if you have a large group or family!

community pool area a big disappointment

Upon check-in we were notified that the community pool area (slide and lazy river) are an extra charge. We communicated through VRBO and were able to get a refund for what we had to pay since the listing says it's free, but still a pain to deal with. To ride the water slide you have to be 48", which they are very strict about and was not noted in the listing, so none of our kids could use it even with an adult (one child was 47.5"). The lazy river was ice cold. The house was stocked with what we needed (except no extra blankets, which we would have liked) and the house pool was nice with good seating areas, well sheltered from neighbors. The bedrooms and bathrooms were nice sizes.

Very good villa and pool

check-in was easy and Casiola were quick to act when the a/c topped working. Only one sun bed which was a shame but otherwise a very good villa and well-equipped or the 10 of us
