Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love the property just a few things I would consider changing the smart lock for the front door is too difficult to lock and unlock ceiling fans would be nice especially in the bedrooms and a handrails for getting in and out of pool because I have bad knees it was difficult trying to get in and out of the pool with no handrails to hold on too and the bed in the master bedroom is way too soft but rather than that the property was lovely.

NO POOL? Not Cool!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home itself was lovely. The house was clean and organized. The kitchen was tiny but highly functional. The things that were extremely disappointing about this stay that I have never experienced before were, the pool was SO DIRTY we didn't get to enjoy it all! The of it was kind of slimy looking and there was so many bugs and so much sediment floating on the top we were afraid to do more than dip our feet in. Which was a shame because it was one of the main activities and amenities we had wanted to enjoy as a family. The children's room didn't have a TV in it and also poor lighting options. The cleaning staff left 1/2 a roll of toilet paper in EACH bathroom with NO OTHER rolls in the entire house! Then on the morning of check out the cleaning staff arrived early and rudely reminded us we needed to be out by 10am promptly. We were already packed and had our things waiting by the door but she wanted us out early so she could be done and get to the rest of her day. These things took away from the overall satisfaction with this particular property.
