  • Located in the #1 secured gated Solterra Resort community only a few minutes from Walt Disney World and Orlando's other famous attractions like Universal Studios, Seaworld, and Legoland but far enough to experience peace from the busy tourist district. Nestled off Interstate 4 and Hwy 27, this villa provides easy access to shops, restaurants, and world class golf. Our luxury villa features wider doorways, and ramp into and out of the house. You will have upgraded, plush mattresses for a perfect night's sleep with quality bed linens and so much more. This villa features flat screen TVs in all bedrooms and the family room along with free Wi-Fi. Our pool and jacuzzi (heating charges extra) provide great way to relax and unwind with family and friends. This Solterra Resort villa rental is fun for the family and relaxing for the adults! Resort Amenities include clubhouse, swimming pool, spa, fitness center, business center (with Internet access to ensure you stay connected!), tennis, children's playground, and a picnic area where you can enjoy a meal and relax with a poolside cafe and Lazy River!! There is a onetime fee of $35 per booking (up to 12 guests) for accessing the resort amenities.
