The condo was clean and perfect size to share with two families. End unit next to the stairs so at times there was noise on the outside stairway, especially at night but not a big deal. The pool was walking distance and the grounds of the community were very pretty. The host was super nice and communicative during the whole process. We had a great vacay!

Awesome condo! We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely property. Great location and great communication with the hosts. They were very accommodating and made sure we had what was needed to make our stay quite comfortable. The condo was very clean and offered several amenities. We will definitely be back in the future.

Great Location

So convenient to Disney parks! The layout is perfect for 2 couples and a child. Roomy, clean, and excellent communication with our host. I would definitely stay at this location again!!

An amazing property located in a great area for all the major locations. The property was ideal for the 4 adults in our party. The property and complex has everything you need to make your stay perfect and enjoyable. We really couldn't have asked for more.

Great place, great location!

The development is in a perfect location tucked away from all the noise and traffic. The area was quiet and seemed safe. The condo was very comfortable on the 2nd floor facing the parking lot, which was so convenient. Other than a possible upgrade with area rugs and furniture, the condo was great.

Girls Trip

This was overall a great stay. It was pretty accurate in terms of advertisement. The host was super responsive. It did the job as we were at the parks all day and only there to sleep. There were a few minor cleanliness issues, but overall was pleased with our stay.

Really nice property and nicely decorated. Great air conditioning! Beautiful pool and game room. Close to everything. Walmart and publix are right down the street. The property owner,Anna is wonderful and very responsive. I highly recommend this property!

Great condo and location

This was a great property. Check in was a breeze. We were close to the pool, walking distance. The pool was clean and fun. They had an arcade, a little shop to buy snacks and the tiki bar at the pool was great. The community was nice and clean. The condo itself was clean, decorated and the beds were comfortable. It was a great location to Universal Studios and Disney. I would highly recommend staying here! When we come back will definitely be staying again. Thanks for letting us stay!

Disney trip

This was our first time using Vrbo and it was such an easy process. Check in was super easy. The condo was exactly what we wanted/thought it would be. Clean with plenty of room for us. The community pool/splash pad was so nice to enjoy on our off day. It’s super close to the parks but also to grocery stores and restaurants. We definitely plan to be back one day.

We booked the trip in 2022, we chose this property on looking at the pics we were not disappointed one bit. The whole estate is very clean and quiet and feel safe for my family. The pool is lovely spent may hours there soaking up the suns and relaxing the bar is ok but the selection of food is limited for children but the arcade is good enough for my kids

Very nice, unbeatable price!

The unit is very nice, very close to the themed parks and a 7 minutes walk to the pool. The unit was cleaned, but dusty. Everything felt dusty… I think it is because there are a lot of fake plants and carpeting. The kitchen was well equipped. The complexe is very nice, the pool is great. We would come back for sure.

Great Base for WDW

We stayed a week in this condo to mainly visit Disney World (and a day trip to Tampa). The area is very safe, and the property is roomy, clean, and nicely decorated with all the necessary amenities (though you should bring paper supplies). It was great being able to make breakfast in the morning and bringing lunch to save time/money. WDW parks are 15-20 or so minutes away (depending on traffic). Walmart and publix are also close. We didn't use the pool but it looked well taken care of. We would stay here again!

The best!

Luxury condo very nice kitchen bed were comfy. Everything in great shape no issues. Very clean. Very well stocked kitchen with tons sof utensils, bowls, etc. Great communcation with manager. Easy to follow instructions. Resort amenities always great here. We played pickleball and basketball, getting the equipment from the desk which was awesome. Good location. Very quiet at night. Restful sleep. Will definitley stay here again!!

Great get away

The property was exactly what we needed for our vacation. The owner was amazing, very helpful with questions, and quick to respond. Thanks to her recommendation I was able to have a stoller that I rented dropped off and waiting for us at the sundry room.Condo was exactly as described and clean. Location was perfect. Very close to walmart, gas stations, cvs, etc. My kids also loved the pool. It was a nice and well kept area. Most important for us, close and easy Disney World access! Took us about 15-20 minutes to get to the parks and that was with fall break traffic.

Wonderful Stay!

The condo is tucked inside a lovely gated community. The clubhouse and amenities were so convenient and well taken care of. The condo itself was fantastic! The ONLY thing I can think to suggest for improvement is the king bed. It wasn't very comfortable to sleep on, but I know everyone's preferences are different and it could just be mine that wasn't a good match for it. It just felt a little too stiff and unforgiving. But, even that is just a small nitpick and the only thing I could say that's not awesome. We stayed for our first Disney trip with another family we're close friends with and the place was perfect for families with kids. I loved having access to Disney channel of course and everything worked as expected, no issues with appliances or anything. The owner was super sweet when we called to ask about a possible early check-in. We were pleased with the pool and how quiet it was most of the time we did spend there. Highly recommend and we will absolutely be staying again next time we make the trek down to Disney!

Great Location

Anna was very helpful when we decided to extend our stay one night to the start and end of our stay. She answered all our questions very quickly as well. The place was clean, had plenty of room for our group of 4 and the property where it’s at is nice. Having the security gate to get in is an added bonus. We never had an issue with parking and parked in front every time. Oh and the AC worked wonderful, but I would have loved a ceiling fan in the bedroom as I’m a hot sleeper. If I had two items that could improve the stay it would be, a larger water tank, as it wasn’t enough for all of us to take quick showers. The other would be the instructions of what had to be done before leaving. When a cleaning fee is paid, I’m not sure that saying you need to take out all trash, wash your towels, strip the beds and do the dishes is reasonable. We had a very early morning flight where we had to leave the VRBO by 530 am making that difficult to do. With that said, at the price we paid for such a nice unit, we did our best to do what we could. It helped that we were not a messy group and had no kids with us. We were also not at the unit much as were we at the parks every day of our stay. I’d definitely stay here again if we came back to visit parks. The area had a Walmart very close and lots of dining options. If you stay with kids or really wanting to stick to a budget having a full kitchen was nice. We did not use it, but still nice to have.
