The house has the atmosphere of a home with all the benefits of staying at a resort.
Guests will have the house completely furnish, sun loungers, free grill to use (no refill or exchange of propane gas must be filled in case it is empty or runs out during use), private pool with the option to heat it (daily cost $ 20 dollars per day and will have a turn-on time from 10 am to 11 pm), has internet of more than 100 Megas, cable television, the kitchen has everything necessary for your stay, washer and dryer, ironing area, has towels and all bed linens, also has pool towels, cleaning products, detergents, paper towel, toilet paper, dish soap, garbage bags, sponge dishes, bath soap, for initial use not for the entire stay, also has a Keurig coffee pods station is complementary and free parking.
Champions Gate guests have free access to the luxury-inspired Oasis Club. This exclusive clubhouse features a resort-style pool with a lazy river and water play area, a game room, a tiki bar, a movie theater, a restaurant and bar, a BBQ Grill, and much more!
Retreat Club features a heated pool, waterpark slide and a splash zone for children, a hammock area, mini golf, and a tiki bar. The community features soccer fields, artificial and natural grass, a basketball court, 2 gyms, and tennis courts. You also have access to golf, but you will have to pay to play.

Very convenient

Great location for hitting all of the area attractions. The house was wonderful. Pool and hot tub were subpar (would not heat to a reasonable/usable temperature).

Castle Vacation

Amazing home very clean and roomy for 15 people. Beautiful view of the golf course. We loved the pool and hot tub. The owner was very quick in responding to my question while there.

My family and i live in Georgia where our home was damaged from Helene. We needed a place for our family of 7 people and this place was amazing and everything we could have needed. Julian the host was so gracious when we needed to extend our stay multiple times because of the damage being repaired on our home. This place was great and if you have a big family, we highly recommend it.

4th Of July Family reunion

Beautiful home

We loved our stay. The homes and set up was perfect for 17 of us, more people could fit easily in this home. Three beds were not used. The only thing that did work well was the freezer. It didn't freeze the foods. Pool was also cloudy and the filter was changed.

Great family vacation home

This property fit our family great. It is clean. It was nice to have a full kitchen with grill and washer and dryer with small children. Pool was clean and warm with excellent safety gate. Backyard view of golf course was beautiful. Book tee times early. We also enjoyed both community water parks with bar and grill. Location was nice from Disney parks, MCO, and local restaurants/grocery shopping. Host replied quickly to any messages even when we got in late. We will be coming back.

Weekend Experience

The house and pool was great. It's very clean and spacious. The host is amazing and not hard to reach if needed. I rated the location with a 3 because of the HOA rules. We had three cars and got a warning ticket for parking on the sidewalk. We solved the problem by parking across the street. The gate entrance is horrible. They need a better entry plan for guest and security. I probably wouldn't stay at another Champion Gate for a huge event. Other than that, the stay was remarkable. I highly recommend this house for a huge family.

Awesome stay for the whole family

This property was fantastic for our size group and our needs. We were in Florida for my sister's Celebration of Life and her burial at Cape Canaveral cemetery. We had lots of comings and goings and this property had plenty of beds for everyone and wonderful gathering spaces. Julian was phenomenal and very responsive to everything we needed. One thing that was a little tricky - there are multiple entrance gates but only one gather with an actual Guard who can give you a parking pass. Good news, there is a bar code that you can provide to your family in the event they don't have / lost the parking pass. Definitely look at Julian's check in instructions for the right location of the Guard shack. One other thing - we had folks who traveled by car and there were ample parking spots just across the street from the house. I highly recommend this property and would absolutely stay there again.

Awesome place to stay while visiting Disney

My expectations of the property were pretty high based on the pictures. I was blown away by the size and the cleanliness of the house. There were a total of 7 bedrooms. 4 of them had king size beds and the other three had multiple beds. The master bedroom was spacious with a big walk in tube there were a total of 5 bathrooms. My family felt safe and comfortable. The home is in a gated community surrounds by a well kept golf course. Security at the gate was nice and welcoming. The owner of the property promptly addressed one small concern I had. He is responsive to the needs of the renter. If I visit Disney again I will look to see if he is still renting out this home.

Family Spring Break 2024

My family and I had a great time in Kissimmee, as usual. This was my first time ever meeting a property host in person, and Julian was very accommodating. I had to call him at least twice during our stay, and he was able to quickly answer my questions with no problems. The only thing that would've allowed me to enjoy my trip a little bit more, is if the hot tub were a bit warmer. Other than that, everything was great. I also love that we did not have a long "to do" list upon checking out, but we did attempt to clean up as much as possible. We'd definitely rent again.

Golf Trip

Perfect house for 7 adults on a golf trip. House was spacious, and everyone had their own room. Our only issue was we could not get the pool or spa to heat up, even though we paid the extra charge to have them heated. Didnt ruin our trip, but would have liked it if we had a "hot" tub
