A Little Disappointing

Thanks for getting the larger coffee maker. Floors need to be cleaned better, socks and feet went black after walking around. HVAC system needs some work as temp was about 80 deg when we come back each day, ac turns off during the night, so all woke up sweating during the night, not good.

The pool was closed and they knew it was going to be closed never told us.

Arrived went to the store they didn’t even have a lg bowl in the house had to use a pot for cut up fruit. Broken bike outside the front door with tons of cigarette butts on the ground. Whoever is cleaning for them is not cleaning properly . The middle bedroom had no mattress cover or plastic sheets when I stripped the bed there were pee stains how gross.. there was mildew in the bathroom . They never returned my deposit and when I first booked they doubled charged me had to call Vrbo. This time they are really not answering my either . Spoke to a guy last week he was rude these people told me my deposit would be refunded and they haven’t sent it and really they should give me money back for not having a pool would of never stayed here.wish Vrbo would call me sent many emails all to hear this is not a email address .
