Great 3 Bd condo in Championsgate+ Balcony 294

This beautiful modern 2nd-floor condo will give the comfort that you are looking for while away from home. Feel instantly at home once you walk into the open living room, dining room, and kitchen space. The gorgeous kitchen features a bar for additional seating and is fully stocked with state-of-the-art appliances for your use. This condo offers an Avengers theme room with two full beds, another room with two full beds, and a master bedroom with a king-size bed an in suite bathroom with a tub and separate shower, sliding door heading to the balcony; and another bathroom that is not attached. Although (this condo does not have a private pool and no grill access given that it is on the second floor) possibly your favorite part of the home, is the private Balcony with a sitting area so you can enjoy a beautiful sunset or sunrise for those early risers.

Want to check-in early or have a late checkout? Let us know two days in advance, and for an additional fee, we'll do our best to accommodate your request. If your property has a grill, please note there is a cleaning fee of $29.95. We provide a washer and dryer for your convenience but kindly ask that you bring your own detergents.

Family Trip

Champions Gate property is very clean, beautiful and the management are very nice and fast to answer any questions. We enjoy the community pool and the property is very quiet. For my first time renting a property, I will come here again. Thank you for making our stay as a home.

The community where this condo sits is gorgeous, so as you drive to it, it feels you are in Whoville. Property has Beautiful decor, clean, comfortable beds. For us it was a place close to parks and it met our needs and surpassed our expectancies. But this is a place where you can just stay in, relax and totally unwind.

Fabulous stay

The property was spotless! The IHM team who manages the property were incredibly good about answering any questions I had quickly and were so nice, I needed a vacuum and they had it right over to me. The place was gorgeous and Champions Gate is a great community with everything you could want. One downside was the place had bare essentials. I bought coasters for glass table, garbage bags, windex , paper towels and many of the electric outlets didn’t work because I suspect the plate is on upside down, so big prong of cord doesn’t fit where it should. Would it stop me front renting again there. Absolutely not. I would do it again, none of that impacted a great stay!

Not what we expected. Issues getting into the community at the security gate. Property was not the cleanest. Had an odor upon check in. Ants throughout the house. The pool area was a mess, not family friendly for those with you younger kids. Better options available.
