Great family accommodation situated on the fabulous resort of Emerald Island. This townhouse provides spacious and comfortable accommodation over two floors and comes well equipped for up to 8 persons. Includes a master queen suite, queen room and double bunk room suitable for our younger guests and used at guests own risk. This townhouse provides a large, comfortable family room with dining area and fully equipped kitchen. Private parking is located to the front. The property is conveniently located near all major Orlando attractions with excellent shopping and dining facilities on hand nearby. There is a washer and dryer available and free WiFi is provided. The resort style amenities include a community swimming pool and spa, Tiki bar serving refreshments and snacks, sales of sundry items, conciege service for info and reservations, sauna, tennis courts, vollyball court, basket ball, 5 a side court, meeting room with tv, children's play areas, workout room, video games room, nature walk, nearby golf courses, and internet cafe all on a peaceful guard gated community. Pets are welcome subject to the additional pet fee of $225 plus taxes.

Emerald Bay

We had a wonderful time at Emerald Bay, the house was lovely, pool and facilities wonderful, the grounds beautiful and well maintained, and central location with tons to do within a short drive 10/10 would come again

Rental disappointment

Within 10 minutes of our arrival we saw cockroaches. We had to stay elsewhere for the night until the property manager returned our call the next day. Pest control was sent out 2 times because the roaches kept coming out. We had the choice of getting a refund or staying. With such a short notice and by the time my refund would go back to my account I would have spent double for a 1 week trip. I rather take my chances and book my stay at a hote.

Feedback

Clean, spacious and comfortable townhouse, Very close to Clubhouse, especially pool facility. Easy access to Disney parks. We would encourage basic supplies for new tenants at arrival such as bottled water, coffee filters, trash can bags. In the near future, the townhouse might require some renovation.

Not too good experience.

The property had enough room for a family of four. Also, it was in a good location, and it was secured. But on the first day we stayed there, we found several roaches in the kitchen, so we have to put all our food into the fridge. Moreover, one of the TV's didn't work, so we contacted the property manager and he responded but never did anything about it. We are hoping that we can get some sort of refund of money out of this bad experience during our week there.

Enjoyed our stay at this lovely property

Great property. Close to the pool ! Close to stores and parks. Clean. We liked that a washer & dryer are in the townhouse. The only thing we didn’t like was the $20 fee to get a card to get in & out of the gated community. But the property itself was great and clean & comfortable. Ample parking. And a quiet neighborhood. Would recommend!

Comfortable accommodations

We booked this condo to spend a week at Disney. It is about a 20 minute drive with shopping and restaurants along the way. The beds are very comfortable. There are plenty of towels, even for the pool. If you intend on cooking, you will need to provide your own spices as there are none in the unit. We had to buy our own cleaning supplies, dishwasher tabs and detergent to wash clothes. Also, you need to provide your own toiletries as there are none in the unit. We also had to purchase toilet paper and paper towels as there were not any extra at the property. The owner was very quick to respond to any questions as well. Overall, it is a very comfortable place to stay with lots of room for a family.
