Plus an ensuite bath with DOUBLE sinks to make getting ready a breeze. Free Amenities & No Resort Fees!

The Resort
Windsor Hills Resort is a 24-hour secured gated community located less than 2 miles from the Main Gates of Walt Disney World. It offers safe and peaceful, luxurious accommodations with all the amenities you would expect from a five star resort, but without the resort fees.
The Clubhouse Complex offers a large lagoon style heated swimming pool, a multi-million dollar water park featuring dueling water slides and large splash zones, hot tub, 48 seat movie theater, fitness center, Foosball, air hockey, table tennis, pool tables, video arcade, sundry shop (convenience store) and video rentals. The outdoor activities include basketball, tennis, pickleball, volleyball, a putting green, castle themed playground and even RV parking.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

Start a load of towels in the washing machine.
Make sure the electronic key ring is returned to the "Keys Please" hooks if used.

Great family stay apartment.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Condo (9 nights). It’s tastefully decorated providing a nice homely comfort feeling and with very good attention to detail. Location is superb, and quite close to the parks.

April’s condo was a wonderful place to stay while in Orlando. Check in was well communicated and simple. Upon arrival we found the condo to be clean, quiet, spacious and well-stocked. There were a lot of small details - beach towels, extra blankets, games, shampoo and conditioner - that were included and much appreciated. My family agreed that the beds were extremely comfortable. The resort property was really nice as well. Great pool, game room, and little cafe.

Perfect Condo!

Disney vacation

Our stay was lovely ! It has multiple amenities on the resort . Pools are heated and staff at clubhouse are so friendly ! The house has boogie board, sand toys , pack n plays and much more ! Disney parks are very close to this property ! The owner is very responsive and has been extremely helpful .

We had a great stay at this property. Worked out for our first visit to Universal Studios. The kids enjoyed the last night swimming and sliding at the on site water park. Would definitely stay again.

Loved this condo! Nice touches with Disney decorations but not overwhelming. Comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, and well stocked kitchen. Enjoyed our vacation and would stay again! Pool & slides were busy but not overcrowded.

The entire stay was great and relaxing. My entire family enjoyed the stay as well. Games and movies was provided for the kids. Great idea for the little ones. Condo was clean and stocked well with anything you might need! Owner was very responsive and helpful. bedding comfortable! traffic to and from Disney made it about a 15min drive. lots of stores and restaurants on 192 close by that were easy to get to.
