Welcome to the guest apartment of our centrally located home on a quiet suburban street between Downtown Orlando, UCF, Orlando Airport, and near all parks. Our 2 bed 1 bath guest home with an additional sleeper sofa is a great spot for family vacations to Central Florida. Beaches, Disney, the Amway Center, Dr. Phillips Center, UCF and so much more. Our home is a quiet place to rest your head at night or enjoy a relaxing beverage on your private patio after a long day enjoying Orlando.

Please note, our apartment has video surveillance via the Ring device located on the main door and driveway, as well as noise detection via a NoiseAware device to ensure guests are respectful of neighbors and following occupancy rules. No video is taken inside the home and NoiseAware does not monitor conversations, only alerts for high volume/continuous levels of noise.

This beautiful property is the guest apartment at the back of a suburban home located 12-15 minute from Downtown Orlando. It is a 2 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment with off street parking in the large multi car driveway and has a private entrance and patio for you and your family or traveling companions.

This apartment is best suited for families as the second bedroom is located through the main bedroom (must walk through main bedroom to get to living room/kitchen). Additionally, the bathroom is also located off of the main bedroom. A diagram of the space is located in the listing images.

Please note that this property allows smoking ONLY outside on your patio. No smoking is allowed in the home.

Room 1 (Master Bedroom) - Comfy King Bed and 32 inch smart TV making it the perfect room to relax and watch Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, or Amazon Prime after a long day. The room also has plenty of space for clothing and storage with a large dresser and closet and two nightstands with lamps for reading.

Room 2- Includes a queen-size comfy bed complete with a 32 inch TV and ROKU that gives guests access to Netflix and Hulu. To get to Room 2, guests must walk through room 1. The apartment's bathroom is connected to both Room 1 and Room 2.

Living room- As you enter the apartment, to the right you are greeted with the main living area and kitchen space. It includes a 60 inch smart TV with Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, and Disney Plus, a stylish sofa queen bed that sleeps two, and a coffee table where you and your friends and family can enjoy a meal and a drink together.

Kitchen: Kitchen is located next to the living area for a social setting and includes cooking utensils, a coffee maker, silverware, plates, cups & wine glasses, oven, toaster, microwave, and stovetop. Kitchen includes mini fridge and freezer with countertop ice maker for fresh ice with you drinks.

Office Space: Located inside the main bedroom is a stylish wood desk with chair and strong wifi connection to allow you to have a quiet place to work and set up a laptop.

Bathroom: Located through the main bedroom is the apartment's bathroom. The large double sink vanity and extra large shower with beautiful glass doors is a space highlight.

Patio: Gorgeous and quiet patio at the entrance of the apartment provides a fenced in/private place to enjoy the Florida sun or do some grilling for dinner. Backyard also has a fire pit, patio furniture, and umbrella for shade.


Driveway/Parking: The driveway is shared with the main home and includes two off-street parking spaces for you and your guests.

Laundry Room: You will also have access to a private washer and dryer located inside the home! We also provide an iron and ironing board.

To allow flexible check-in, guests will be provided a 4-digit combination code to the guest apartment (entrance at the end of the driveway, in the rear of the home, near the garage) on the day of arrival.

The home is in a quiet family community and is a good location for guests expecting a relaxing and quiet place to call home while in Orlando.
