About this property

Lakeside Home in a Great Neighborhood. Easy walk to Shops and Dining

  • This classic, mid-century home sits on a quiet tree lined street across from Lake Ivanhoe. The neighborhood is in a park like setting, with Starbucks, Publix, shops, restaurants and bars all within an easy walk. The house is less than five minutes to I-4 with Universal Studios and International Drive only 10 miles away.

    The home is tastefully furnished and clean with refinished hardwood floors. The living room, dining room and family room have unobstructed views of the lake. The master bedroom has a King bed, en-suite bathroom, walk in closet and a serene lake view. Bedrooms two and three have a queen bed and full bed respectively, with views of the expansive back yard. A washer and dryer are available in the garage, along with room for one car with remote control door opener. The house has two smart TVs: a 55" in the family room and a 32' in the master. The house also has good WiFi.
