Great Location, but the Room Desperately Needs Renovations ​On paper, this property sounded like everything we wanted, but our experience inside the room made us want to leave immediately. The entire space is heavily outdated and in dire need of a remodel. ​We encountered several major issues during our stay: ​Cleanliness & Health: The bed sheet had a visible stain, and whenever we turned the heat on, there was an overwhelmingly strong smell of mold—so much so that we left the establishment feeling sick. ​Maintenance: The shower dripped constantly, the dishwasher wouldn't open, and the key card didn't work on the back door. The TV channels were mostly static; the property really needs to upgrade to Roku TVs. ​Communication: Management’s response time was lagging. Worse, we were never given a heads-up that the water would be shut off for hours during the day. ​On the positive side, the location is great, the price was fair, and my kids really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. However, for a nice location, the room itself was just bad. 9 times out of 10, I would not stay here again unless major modifications are made first. I am currently still waiting on the return of my deposit and proper accommodation for the extended water outage.

Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
The room definitely doesn’t sleep 6. The check in process is horrible and you can’t reach them on the phone. No wash cloths in the room and only 3 towels. And worst of all there are German roaches so bad they were even in the dishwasher, We were extremely disappointed and will never ever stay or recommend this place.
