Family Vacation

We enjoyed our time at this house! We spent a lot of time in the pool and hot tub which was nice. The house had plenty of room for six adults, two teenagers, and a ten year old. We had a few hiccups upon arrival…we were not registered at the gate and our door code would not work…but they were quickly resolved. The house was surfaced cleaned, but could definitely use a good deep cleaning. The location was nice as it was close to area attractions, stores, and restaurants.

It was ok

It was fine until there was backflow into the shower while i was in it. My feet were covered in feces and they never offered to clean the shower or tubs that feces came out of so even though it was "resolved" we couldnt use the jacuzzi tub and had a disgusting mess to clean up instead of having another park day.

Great house and location

House was as pictured. And it was very clean. I have rented houses for years and many times they are not as pictured and are not very clean. I was pleasantly surprised at how clean this house was. Kids loved the heated pool and spa. It’s close to Disney and stores and restaurants of all kinds. Was surprised that extra garbage bags, dishwasher detergent, and toilet tissue was provided. Normally I have to purchase additional supplies but everything needed for our ten days was provided. A very nice perk. Thank you for allowing us to stay.

Great stay!

This property was awesome and the location was just where we wanted. The first step into the house, we were met with a fresh and clean aroma ( which is a deal maker or breaker for me…lol). This house had everything we needed from plenty rooms to plenty of towels and cookware. We really enjoyed the nice size pool with the attached jacuzzi with the heated water and strong jets. Will be referring this property to our friend and family! Kuddos to the house cleaner!!

Amazing! Our kids loved the Harry Potter bedroom

What a great vacation home. Really spacious, clean, great layout. Loved being able to put the kids upstairs in the themed bedrooms - kudos on the Harry Potter room :-) Backyard was amazing with the enclosed pool and spa. Felt like our own private oasis.

Spring Break Family Getaway

Awesome time at an awesome house. Home was spacious and clean. Kids loved the pool and playing in the game room. Only issue was people behind staying behind us outside talking well past midnight. Would definitely stay again if we ever visit Orlando again.

Wonderful stay!

The house was clean. Everything was as advertised. We had more than enough room to spread everyone out and have their own space. The pool was great. Pretty close to all the parks about 15 min to every Disney park and 30 to universal that includes traffic. I would gladly stay here again in the future!

What a great month!

Wonderful weather, really nice salt water pool and spa, comfortable beds and great communication with Michelle. TiVo was enjoyed by all. Close to all the parks and shopping. Didn’t want to leave!! Hope to be back in 2024!

I recommend this house to anyone. It's was well kept, well equipped. The owners were great they called us to make sure that everything went well explained pool stuff to us. Also very understanding people. We will be rent from them again.

Mickeys Garden

This was a phenomenal place in which to enjoy the warm sunshine of central Florida! Perfect location for anyone wishing to visit the various themed parks and other wonderful attractions such as the Henry Leu Botanical Garden. Loved the heated pool and spa and the spacious rooms in Mickeys Garden Villa. I did have an issue contacting the Property Manager with a few minor issues but the owner, Michelle was extremely prompt with her responses and quickly resolved them! Very wonderful lady!!! Highly recommend a stay here to anyone coming to Florida!

Mickeys Garden Villa

Stayed at Mickeys Garden Villa for a full month and had a fantastic time. We have stayed in the general area many times in the past and had previously had multiple issues. This location was very clean, low traffic and a great lay out. There were lots of little extras that were appreciated. We had a minor maintenance issue while stating and the owners took care of it immediately. From the patio/pool layout to the game room and more it was fun for entire family. We will be back.

Disney Trip

The community is great and gated, very secure. It is very close to Disney and many restaurants. The home is in great shape and had plenty of space, very clean, and the home had everything you would need for cooking. The pool heat was out during our stay, rendering it unusable during our week at the home, which was very disappointing, but the owner made it right with a considerable refund. I would stay here again if the pool heat was operable. We mainly used the heated community pool and hot tub, which was great.

A fantastic time!

This was the perfect house for our family! Pool, hot tub, and accommodations very very nice. It’s close to Disney so it didn’t take us any time to get there. The only thing I had a problem was was the HOA. That’s not the fault. The HOA is really restricted, it’s as far as extra things we had to do. They didn’t agree with. But that’s not the owners fault. Excellent Stay, just a picky HOA

FANTASTIC place to stay!!!!!!

This property feels like home! Everything you’ll need is available, except for your clothes and toothbrush you won’t need anything else! We had my parents (80+) with us, so the master and TWO other bedrooms on the main floor worked out great! The kids had the entire upstairs to themselves! They also loved the heated pool and jacuzzi, again you don’t need anything…pool towels and floats/toys were available to us. The garage turned “playroom” was a hit too. The kids loved it! Also the host, Michelle was fantastic- very responsive and available to answer any questions we had. We will be back!!!!

The place was super clean and had everything we needed.

My family enjoyed our stay at this home. I intentionally noticed how clean it was. Everyone felt right at home. The kitchen was fully stocked with the utensils and appliances we needed for a Thankgivjng dinner. The bedrooms were decorated nicely and floors clean. The neighborhood is very quiet; however, I noticed that all of the neighbors were very pleasant and friendly. We were able to walk to the clubhouse where we found "heaven". The clubhouse included a gym, movie theater, pool, bar and an arcade for the children. I highly recommend this place for a stay in Kissimmee. It's super close to the theme parks as well as shopping. Enjoy your stay!

Mickey’s Villa

Overall great trip due to location. We had other accommodations and were canceled the day of due to major maintenance issues via the property owner. This home was available almost right away and we booked. The house is very dated and there were many small inconveniences. Electrical issues, a literal layer of dust on everything as if weren’t cleaned in quite a while etc… I could continue. But my wife made me see the brighter side of things. Great home could use some TLC.

The home was perfect and Met all of our needs. We had 9 people and were very comfortable.

I was disappointed in the spa and pool heater which had stopped working one night into our stay. It was a deciding factor in choosing this property as I had my elderly parents with me and after walking the parks all day they looked forward to the spa. The owner was great In trying to fix the problem however I would have liked the mgmt company to have been able to fix the problem the day after it stopped working, we were unable to use the pool after Saturday as the temperature dropped significantly. I was refunded the heating fee but seeing as we could not use the pool and spa at all I expected more. The club house was available but not convenient and not private. I would recommend a slate pool table in the game room as the wood topped table is warped by humidity. Overall the property was great- just didn’t like the loss of such a large part of our vacation experience especially for the kids who really wanted to swim.
