Guest access To access the community, all guests are required to be registered in the resort system. We kindly ask that you provide us with the first and last names of all adult guests at least 48 hours prior to your arrival. This will help expedite your check-in with security, failure to do so may result in delays to your check-in. At the security gate all registered drivers will be required to provide a valid photo ID.
Essential Starter Supplies To help you settle in comfortably, we provide a starter supply of essential items upon arrival. These are intended to cover your first night and initial needs.
Starter items include: • Three trash bags • One roll of toilet paper per bathroom • Paper towels • Dish soap • Hotel-size shampoo, conditioner, and soap
Please note that additional supplies will be needed for the remainder of your stay, and we recommend bringing or purchasing any personal items according to your preferences.

TRASH • Trash pickup is daily • Have trash out in trash bench by 7am • Keep trash bench lid closed especially overnight • All trash must be bagged and tied in 13-gallon kitchen bags and cannot weigh more than 30 lbs. • Grocery bags are not allowed • Loose trash will not be picked up. • No liquids are allowed. • Boxes need to be folded flat
DELIVERIES You can receive packages from UPS, Fedex and Amazon. The USPS does not deliver to the home. You are able to receive food deliveries. Driver will show their ID and your order/the property address to guard at gate.
PARKING Parking is available at the home in the parking spaces out front, as well as street parking (this is first come first served). No commercial vehicles, limousines, recreational vehicles, all-terrain, boats, or trailers may be kept on property.
Extra services The pool can be heated for an additional fee of $70 (for up to five nights). Please note that the heater warms both the pool and the jacuzzi simultaneously. The water may take up to 24 hours to heat completely, so we recommend arranging and paying for this service in advance. And if your property has a grill, please note that it has a $29.95 fee.
PETS We know that pets are an important part of your family, and we're pleased to offer pet-friendly accommodation for your furry friends. Please note that there is a fee of $250 for damages caused by pets, and we kindly ask that you keep your pets off the furniture during your stay.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. The property was clean, spacious and comfortable. The area is very quiet and charming. Absolutely recommend to anyone who wants a nice getaway.
Everything was super clean and decorated so nicely. What I would add to the condo would be a few of the usual condiments that you would need in case you forget yours at home and need to cook because I sure forgot mine. Overall we had a wonderful time.
I felt at home, comfortable and at ease. It was very easy to contact the person in charge of the rental. Quick response. Got to relax in the lazy river. No issues whatsoever! Thank you
The condo was comfortable and as advertised. The community amenities were great. I do wish there was more communication regarding the check-in process. There is construction happening at one entrance from google maps, so we had to find another entrance who then told us we needed to go to the main gate for our guest pass. Providing the address to the main gate would have saved us some time after 15 hours in the car, but once we got beyond the check-in everything was smooth. Traffic to and from Orlando and this location was pretty insane, so don’t plan to get anywhere quickly.
We stayed to test out snow-birding. Very nice place with good management response. If you're planning on cooking while there, you should bring what you need, don't assume what you need will be there for you. Super Walmart 15 minutes up Rt.27 and many places to eat and drink. Hospital 14 minutes just before Walmart. Publix supermarket (very nice) is 5 minutes outside development. Champions Gate shopping and food 10 minutes as is access to Rt.4.
This was a very nice home away from home! We will definitely stay here if ever in the area. We enjoyed all the comforts of home and had a quick ride to the Disney area.
The only issue we had was not knowing which door was ours. We went to the front door
(which is the logical thing to do) but our key code did not work. The maintenance man arrived promptly and went to a door on the side of the house (not even visible from the road). It would have been helpful to know that in our check in instructions. But after that everything was great!
The condo was very nice, clean, and well appointed. No issues with it at all. After my stay, the property management company said I stained the sofa, which I did not, and charged my card 50 for cleaning. The photo of the stain wasn’t dated and they didn’t have one from before my stay showing no stain. I did not even know part of the sofa pulled out and that’s where the stain was. They don’t have definitive proof and charged me anyway. Beware of going through them. If you do, make sure to take pics or videos of the entire property upon arrival so you don’t get charged with cleaning/damage you didn’t cause.
The property is located in a quiet community that is a reasonable driving distance from Universal Studios. It was clean, comfy, and had a decently equipped kitchen, which was nice since we cooked every night of our stay. I would definitely revisit and recommend this property.
Our stay here for my daughter's birthday was great! It was clean and welcoming when we walked in. The check in process was easy and they followed up to make sure everything was to our liking. I would stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for accommodations in the Orlando area.

I enjoyed my stay at the property. The clubhouse was great as well. Very kid friendly. We had fun at the waterpark and the food at the restaurant was tasty. The staff was very friendly. You can't go wrong with getting drinks at the Tiki Bar either. Overall this was a very nice experience and I would do it again
We had a wonderful experience. Very clean property. The only challenge was the code to get into gate. The QR code didn’t work and then had to obtain an orange piece of paper that also didn’t work. The guard at the gate was very friendly and helpful though. Overall, would definitely stay here again.
