Welcome to our beautiful 3 bedroom vacation townhome, an ideal home away from home for families or groups of friends visiting the area. Our townhome features three comfortable bedrooms, a cozy living room, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen for your convenience.Each of our bedrooms is tastefully decorated with comfortable beds, fresh linens, and plenty of storage space for your belongings. The living room is a great space to relax and unwind after a long day of sightseeing, featuring comfortable seating and a flat-screen television.

Our dining area is perfect for enjoying meals together as a group, with seating for up to six people. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and all the essentials you need to prepare meals at home.

For your added convenience, our townhome also includes 2 1/2 bathrooms and a private outdoor patio. You'll love the amenities we offer, such as access to a pool or fitness center, and our location near popular tourist attractions and restaurants.

We know that pets are an important part of your family, and we're pleased to offer pet-friendly accommodations for your furry friends. Please note that there is a fee of $250 for damages caused by pets, and we kindly ask that you keep your pets off the furniture during your stay. Enclaves at fiesta resort is fully adequate facility with beautiful amenities that are just a 3-5 minute walk away with a gorgeous pool, splash pad/pirate ship for the kids. If you are a lover of working out, this is the perfect place for you, since it has an amazing gym and open areas full of nature for jogging or running.
This gorgeous townhome is only approximately 10 miles away from Disney World, 28 miles from Orlando International Airport and only 5 minutes away from multiple restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, Champions gate Area and close to many other of the great attractions Orlando has too much to offer such as Universal Studios and SeaWorld.
There are one magnetic card that gives you access to the amenities of Enclaves at Fiesta Resort. Please leave magnetic card on the counter of the kitchen each replacement will cost you $100.

Baseball Tournament Stay

Overall nice stay

Property was clean and communication was very easy! Not as close to parks as anticipated, typical travel was 20-30 minutes each way. Amenities/club house was around a mile from the villa we stayed and when we tried to visit it was already closed. The actual property was clean and inviting.

Great Stay

It was a pleasure staying at this property. We had to change our date because of a family emergency and the property manager was very helpful. The check in process was smooth and seamless. We did have toddlers so we had to keep them away from some items but overall it was a great stay and I would definitely bring my family back!

Zen Oasis

The unit is quiet, safe, and very elegantly decorated. There is everything you need in the beautiful kitchen to whip up a delicious meal. The neighborhood is kind of sparse but I believe the housing development is somewhat new. We could’ve used a few more towels. We recommend staying here. The only downside is if you are going out around the downtown area, it’s about a 40 min drive each way. The traffic in Orlando is horrible. All in we had a fabulous time.
