A starter of complimentary toilet rolls, paper towel, hand soap, dishwasher tabs, trash bags, body wash, shampoo and conditioner are provided for your initial convenience only.
FOOD: As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out and no supply of items such as condiments, coffee powder, pepper and salt will be provided prior to check in.
TRASH DISPOSAL: Please observe trash collection days and place trash in the resort dumpster daily to keep a clean home.
Package Delivery:
You may send packages to the home during your stay. They will be left on the doorstep. If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender. UPS, DHL and FEDEX will leave it at the door step. We are not responsible for missing delivery or returned package.

Space, room, private pool, quiet house! We loved this home! Details were exactly what we got. The kids could stay out of the pool and the older kids couldn’t stay away from the resort pool and activity center. Very family oriented!
The only issue was the trash can was full outside on the day we arrived. Seems like we had tons of garbage we kept taking out to the curb.
Overall, you won’t be disappointed here! I loved it and so did all of our family!
The management company running this house is terrible. The house upon arrival was dirty, garbage outside in the lawn, the carpet has never been cleaned as it has numerous stains. The upstairs tv was broken, the pool heat we paid for did not work, a bathroom was missing a shower curtain and rod. After three days someone dropped off the shower curtain and rod for us to install ourselves. Paint cans and window blinds are stacked up in the pantry. The garage has never been cleaned with plenty of spiders and cob webs. The kitchen had the bare bones minimum in terms of cutlery and plates and cookware. The cookware was stained and had rust on it. The oven had a piece of tin foil on the bottom covering up the left over food and stains from the previous tenant. The outside lounge seats didn’t have cushions to sit on. One chair had a cushion that was stained terribly from previous tenants. The communication with the property owner/manager was terrible as I am still awaiting a reply as to what they are going to do to refund me money for the gas heat that we could not use but had to pay for in advance. Stay away from this property!
