This 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom modern townhome comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests and includes your own private screened-in heated spa pool — perfect for relaxing after a day at the parks.

    Inside, you’ll find all the comforts of home with a touch of luxury: a Master Suite with a King bed with plush memory foam topper, premium linens, and private en suite bath; a ground-floor second bedroom with Queen bed and adjacent full bathroom; and a Disney-Themed Kids’ Room: Twin-over-full bunk + twin trundle, private Mickey bathroom, TV, books, and toys.

Great Location for family

We really enjoyed our stay. The location relative to attractions coupled with onsite amenities offered something for everyone. The property itself was clean and comfortable. We would stay here again.

Perfect location, close to the parks, private pool

The condo was very close to the parks, clean, and the heated pool was amazing. There was plenty of room for our family of six. It was stocked with plenty of towels, blankets, sheets, etc. If we visit the Disney parks again, we will definitely stay here.

Disney family vacation

Great place to stay if your group is larger than what fits into a disney hotel. Stores and restaurants are nearby, drive to disney parks isnt too long (traffic was heavy, property management attends to needs quickly. Kids loved having a pool to splash in after long disney days! We had a great time!

Fun had by all!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay! My son's (6 and 9) enjoyed the private pool as well as bunking together in their own room! The house was clean and well furnished. The owners and property management was attentive and responded immediately! It was just a short walk to main pool, splash Pad and park. 100% would stay here again!

Perfect for us

The house was perfect for our family vacation. The house was clean and slept everyone comfortably. The pool at both the house and clubhouse were great. I really enjoyed how close to everything we were located. I will definitely book through SBF vacation rentals again.

AAU basketball tournament in Orlando

This property was priced just right and a great location close to the Walmart, which was easy for grocery hauls, close to the ESPN center where we had our tournament for basketball and only 30 minutes from the airport. I would definitely stay again.

Everything was great from the the start. Excellent communication, easy check in and it was close to everything we wanted to do. Stores were close by and the resort had so many fun activities for kids (most for free). We had a great time!

Must stay

The location was perfect! Places to eat and shop conveniently down the street. It felt like home away from with the amenities and furnishings for my family. The backyard pool was a blessing to soak in after the long day of walking around and when we weren’t out and about, the water slides and large pool were fun for the kids to enjoy.

It really was fantastic

Lovely property. Clean and comfortable with three en-suite bedrooms and an outdoor pool. The community facilities with shop, restaurant, pool and water park were a big hit with our granddaughters. Really convenient for the parks- Disney 15 mins and Universal 30 mins. Can’t wait to go back.

Wonderful!!!

We had a wonderful stay everything was perfect and so easy we will definitely be back! My daughters (2 and 5) loved the toys, games, and books! It was wonderful to have these at the property especially during a raining morning.

Great stay

The property was well kept and the amenities at the site was a big plus. We’ve stayed at Windsor Hills several time but this listing was by far the best. Most of all I appreciate the communication with the owner, the honesty, and the ability to contact an on-site manager when assistance is needed. Thank you!

Great 1st family trip to Orlando

This was our first Disney/Universal trip and we absolutely enjoyed Andy’s house. He was very communicative and worked with us while Hurricane Milton moved through the area. There was plenty of space and bathrooms so everyone had their privacy after a long day at the parks. We highly recommend this place for any family vacation and plan on coming as soon as possible!

Another great visit to the Happiest Place on Earth!

Condo was great! Well appointed and very comfortable. Great location, easy to and from WDW. I probably had the best sleep I’ve had in awhile…bed was super comfortable!!! Couch was quite comfortable too. Great communication, would stay again without hesitation! Thanks for everything!

Great condo close to the magic

The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. It was very comfortable and well maintained. The complex itself was also well run and secure. Everyone was friendly and helpful. With all Disney parks being so close, this condo was the perfect place for my family to stay. We each had our own space and could also enjoy family time together. We would definitely stay again!

Great place for kids

The property was great. Matched listing. Lots of stuff for our little ones (4 and 6 yrs old) was fantastic. Extra toys and games was very nice. The resort was walking distance and the pool and slides were great. The park was also walking distance. Really pleased we chose this place.

Kissimmee getaway

The condo is lovely and exactly as described. Soft beds, quiet section of complex and close proximity to all local theme parks. Exactly what we hoped for. Andy was a dream to work with and came through at a last minute week swap. Highly recommend!

Perfect family getaway!

If 10 stars were available I definitely would give! Host is amazing and property is perfect and very accommodating for families. Condo was clean as advertised. Great stay!

Everything went off without a hitch AFTER they helped me correct my huge mistake of requesting the wrong days. We are so glad they were able to accommodate us. The furniture was comfortable, more then enough towels and extra blankets, everything to make your stay comfortable. Love having laundry avaliable. We love everything about Windsor hills

Nice place for a Disney vacation

House had everything we needed for our Disney vacation. The spa pool was great at the end of a long day at the park. Had a small snafu with the front gate but the management company called us back immediately. They really do return calls quickly. The master bed was so comfy and it was great having so many bathrooms when getting ready in the morning.
