Great Getaway

This place was great! Very nice two story townhome in gated community! We loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom right off room. Plus enjoyed resort lazy River and pool. Maintenance was very responsive we called and they were out right away they even ordered a blender off Amazon for us! We would stay here again.

Convenient, safe tropical!

Nice place to stay! Quiet gated community. Plenty of space, easy to access everything. Beautiful pool! The food @ onsite restaurant wasn’t great but I wouldn’t let that stop me from staying here again. Conveniently located near a grocery store, bar, etc. within walking distance.

Great amenities and close to everything

This is a great location. Only about 15 to 20 minutes from international drive, Disney , universal studios, sea world. The resort has a pool with a lazy river and slide, hot tub, arcade room, ice cream shop and bar. The condo was clean and very nice size. 3 bedrooms each had a bathroom and there is laundry in the condo. Nice patio and gated entry for any safety concerns. There was a slight mix up in the check in since part of the party went before me but the host was able to quickly address the issue and get them approved to check in. Definitely would stay here again.

I booked a stay at the regal palms resort for 6 nights. Alison is an amazing host. She responded quick to every email and she made sure to accommodate with everything we've asked. Resort check in was very quick and friendly. House is beautiful, very clean and spacious. We were party of 7 including 1 years old and 6 years old and we all had a very comfortable stay. resort it self is a retreat!! Stunning outdoor pool/lazy river does give you a vacation feel. Publix supermarket and shopping center is literally steps away. I definitely recommend and I would stay there again. THANK YOU ALISON!

Mini Paradise

We spent 4 days here and had such an amazing experience. All of the condos are situated together in a quiet safe community. The pool are that you share is a glimpse of paradise. Well cared for, great music, and absolutely gorgeous. We would get there early every morning and catch the sun and cool off in the lazy river until noon. At that time it would get busy however there was plenty of space for everyone.

Great place, great value

We had a wonderful time staying in this unit. We had park time and pool time. Being able to have my 11 year old make us dinner a couple times was certainly memorable. Kitchen does need some attention and updating, we cook a lot and found the kitchen far from suitable. The dishwasher doesn’t clean and we felt that we had to hand wash everything before we could feel safe using. Over all a great vacation and a great place to stay. We felt it was perfect location to be close yet far enough away.

Fun Pool Area that needed pickleball courts!

The unit we were in could have used some simply updates to make our stay more enjoyable. Lamps that that have phone charging would be a easy update as there was defiantly a shortage of place to plug in phones, pads and laptops. New pillows are very much needed!!

Great place to stay

Myself and a fellow firefighter needed a getaway from home to recharge, so we decided what better way than a weekend of rollercoasters. We found this incredible condo to fit our every need. Everything was clean, quiet and peaceful. My only recommendation is possibly the mattresses could be updated. They were very firm, starting to wear (you could feel the springs). Honestly though, we were so tired once we got back to the room, it didn't stop us from falling right to sleep. I'd highly recommend this property to anyone.

Beautiful Unit but was uncomfortable this time around

This is my second time staying at this unit. I enjoy coming here, the first time we came we had weather in the 40s so the units thermostat did not need to be on. This time around we had weather in the 60s-70s it was muggy too so I will admit I like the place I’m staying at to be nice and cold (comfortable). The unit will not go below 72F. It is set at that temperature and they will not allow you to lower it. I usually like to sleep at 70F. I would blow dry my hair everyday and it would get hot in the master bedroom. I also think it’s time for new beds. The springs are all messed up and I slept really bad and so did the other guests in the othe bedroom.

Regal Palms 3 BR condo - would stay again

Accommodations were as described. Rooms were excellent size, main living and dining area were great. Plenty of extra bedding and towels. Shower head needed to be cleaned before use to get better spray that didn’t hurt and showers do back up a bit. Upstairs laundry was great. Would be nice to have had enough coffee filters for the week as well as dishwasher pods so we didn’t have to buy them - you have to buy more than you will need at the store. There were some ants in kitchen but this is Florida and we know that - we tried to keep food sealed and away to avoid attracting them. Check in process was a bit inefficient to get resort bands. Photo did show rafts in lazy river but they don’t supply them so bring your own. Community was quiet and couldn’t hear neighbors through walls which was awesome. Under 30 min to Disney but to any place else there was a lot of traffic (eg beach) so plan for extra time. We would definitely stay here again at the price we paid for it.

Run Down Townhome

Beds were uncomfortably soft (they seemed very old) and sheets were pilly (scratchy, not soft),The couch and love seat were very uncomfortable,Some towels had holes,I had to bleach the showers before we could use them,The main TV was very difficult to figure out & the TV in my bedroom was a ROKU with a PIN, so I couldn't add my FUBO app. I contacted her regarding the TVs; it took her over 3 days to respond. By that time, I had already purchased 2 ROKUs to use. I will take them on all of my future trips.BE AWARE that there are very limited supplies. You will have to purchase salt and pepper, paper towels, trash bags, toilet paper, dishwasher soap and dish soap, aluminum foil, saran wrap, etc... no basics were supplied.The kitchen has a lot of pots and pans and a decent chef knife, which was good, but not many utensils. And the knives, forks and spoons were low quality...looked like those purchased 3/1.Overall, I would say that satisfaction with the townhome would depend on your expectations and length of stay. We are over 60 years old and stayed for 15 nights, so the comfort of things were important to us. The cheap silverware and uncomfortable furnishes really reduced the pleasure of our trip to Florida. Regal Palms pool is very nice and the location seems to be close to the parks (we didn't go, so I'm not 100% sure). I would definitely not recommend this townhome.

Not what I expected

I was disappointed this rental property. Checking into the property was easy, and communication in advance of renting was wonderful. The beds were comfortable and the furniture was in good condition. Unfortunately I did have problems with the AC being limited, the cleanliness of certain areas, and the kitchen appliances in poor shape. Unfortunately while the unit does have AC, the renter is unable to set the AC any lower than 73 degrees. Had I known about this in advance I wouldn't havecrented this property. When I checked the AC unit the filter was extremely dirty. Many of the vents in the home could be cleaner as well. Another area where the home is definitely showing wear in the kitchen. The oven door does not close properly, thus making it impossible to use unless you hold it shut with your hip. Anything cooked in the oven took at least double the time to make. Also, the microwave's vent kept falling off. The management company mentioned that the owner is aware if the problems and to their credit, the did attempt to fix them. All in all, the property has nice amenities, and the unit is comfortable. There were just too many larger issues to look past.
