Fully renovated with a modern design, new furnitures, new pool & spa that you will truly enjoy a first class experience. 10 miles away to Disney World and other Disney Attractions. Conveniently located near Cagan Shopping area (Walmart and restaurants), Close to Pharmacy, Supermarkets, Restaurants , Fast food, etc. You’ll also fall in love with our beddings and mattresses that will make you feel relaxed after a long day out with your family.

Davenport is a newly developed area located south of Orlando and it is very peaceful and less crowded than Kissimmee. The house is 10+miles from the Disney Parks. Universal Studios, Volcano Bay, Island of Adventure and Sea World. The house is just a short drive from dining and shopping destinations.

There's a private pool and is minutes away from the Disney attractions! Electric heated pool is an extra charge of $60 per day, and it needs to be requested 2 days prior arrival. No party , no events, no filming.
