Enjoyed a pleasant stay with the family

The location is convenient to Disney and Universal parks, with plenty of shops within two miles. I had a lovely and comfortable stay with my family. Although I only stayed for a few days and had no major issues or complaints, I would suggest keeping new items visible around the property. This would enhance the overall experience and help it feel more inviting, rather than similar to or of a lower standard than our home.

The stay was ok, the house was in a ok neighborhood, the house had no broom, no garbage bags except the 2 that they added to the trash cans. We seen a roach in the cabinet when we went to get a pot to cook. The rooms were good sizes and clean. Does not make it easy for the guests to keep the house unkept due to not having material available.

Orlando Stay

Property is in a great a location. It is very comfortable and great for families. Non the less I would recommend that the master bedroom bathroom be deep cleaned or re-done. The shower is really bad. Also there are issues with the internet connection. Other than that its a great property , very comfortable, and manager responds quickly.

It started out rocky because the blinds in the bedroom had holes in them and neighbors were walking dogs and looking right in on us. There was trash left underneath the bed and a pill bottle with green substance. I called the owner and he immediately sent Housekeeping back out the next day and fix the blinds where I could close them and have the privacy that I paid for. Took out a car payment oh I’m sorry I forgot you working thank you.

Disappointing Stay – Cleanliness Issues & Poor Maintenance

Our stay at Juan’s VRBO was extremely disappointing due to serious cleanliness and maintenance issues. Both large mattresses and sheets had urine stains and odors, making it clear that the bedding had not been washed or changed since the last guests. The shower curtains and liners in both bathrooms were covered in mold, adding to the unsanitary conditions.When I contacted Juan, he made an effort to resolve the issue by sending his cleaning lady back over. However, she arrived as we were leaving, despite me informing him we had morning plans. While she was kind and did her best to fix the situation, she was visibly shocked by the urine stains and smell. It was also clear that mattress protectors are not changed, even when they are visibly soiled.This situation took up far too much of our time. After coming back late at night and discovering the issue, we had to make last-minute sleeping arrangements, which was completely unacceptable. There were also no extra sheets or blankets available in the home.Additionally, the Minnie and Mickey Mouse pillows on the children’s beds were dirty and in need of replacement. The master bedroom’s TV was oddly placed far off to the side, with wall-mounted wire protectors that were no longer attached. The wall clock in the room only had one hand.In addition, while this is no fault of Juan’s, the clubhouse workout equipment was not all functional and overall not well kept. There
