The house is located in a quiet area and we never had any issues with noise from the neighbors. For anyone who has trouble walking upstairs, the only full bath is on the second floor and does not have a bathtub (all disclosed by owner).

Definitely felt like someone's home
We had a great time on our family vacation here. The place felt clean and was comfortable. We had a short weekend, but while there we enjoyed our stay. The pool was nice to get into after a long day. Would definitely stay again.

The house was everything we needed for our group trip. The pool was great for cooling off after a day in the city. The kitchen was super well-stocked, so we could cook up some amazing meals together. Ruthy was very friendly and helpful. We'd definitely stay here again!

Nice place for a vacation stay
Everything was nice and in good order. Plenty of space to relax and visit. The only issue was with a neighbor's car alarm that kept going off in the middle of the night waking the little ones up. But eventually that seemed to stop. Our hostess was quick to respond to communications and very helpful. .

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful home! From the moment we arrived, everything felt warm, welcoming, and perfectly set up for a relaxing getaway. The house was spotless, thoughtfully decorated, and stocked with everything we needed and more. The hosts clearly care about their guests’ comfort—every detail was well thought out, from cozy linens to a fully equipped kitchen. The location was perfect, and we really appreciated the peaceful atmosphere. It truly felt like a “mi casa es su casa” experience—comfortable, inviting, and hard to leave! Labor Day Weekend Stay
Overall the house was comfortable. Cleanliness was up to par, thru out the property. Pool was a plus that’s why we rented the home to begin with, it was hot outside during our stay. All appliances worked and plenty of silverware to share. Family had a great time overall.

Great, but not perfect
Pool was amazing, and we loved the location. The house was missing some of the basics when we got there (soap, trash bags, etc) but the host was kind and cooperative and provided these things when we asked. The beds aren’t great, and we found some trash laying around from the previous stay. The house definitely needs a little updating, but for the price this house was worth it!

Clean, all the essentials but a few issues. Beds are horribly uncomfortable and the floor was better. All of the beds were awful. The only ice are trays to keep up with (not fun). And the grill is a charcoal grill (also not fun). But otherwise the house was as described. I should have read closer there was only one full bath with several adults was a pain. I souks not stay here again because of the beds and only one full bath but otherwise it was a good location, clean and nice place.

Great Choice for Orlando Area Stay!
We rented this specific house because of its proximity an event location we needed to be at for the week. We were pleasantly surprised that the house is close to everything - airport, I-drive, parks, grocery, target, Florida Mall and more.The house itself was exactly as described with some nice benefits - good kitchen wear, paper towel, shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, dishwasher pucks. We rent often and normally get one of each and then are stuck buying more for the week but not here! The house itself is spacious, beds were really comfortable, the pool was great and the outdoor area really nice. The house backs onto a pond and school and is very private and quiet. We didn't really use the TV but I worked from the home and had no issues with wi-fi or video calls. The house is a little dated but was perfectly fine for our stay and much more spacious and cost effective than a hotel or other homes in the area. We had a few questions for Ruthy while we were there and she was helpful, responsive and a delight to correspond with. We've stayed at a lot rental properties over the years and count this one among the best we've experienced. Would certainly consider this house again in the future.

This house was pretty nice. Clean for the most part. Except for ants that swarmed the kitchen sink for some reason even after I cleaned out all the dishes.. pool was awesome, although it would’ve been nice if the home owner let us know when the pool guy was coming cause I didn’t know he was there one morning and I had no clothes on so that was embarrassing.. was upset there weren’t any tvs in any of the bedrooms and then the one tv in living room had barely any channels and the streaming service barely worked either… also didn’t like how I had to keep contacting the owner to adjust the temperature in the house… thats very bizarre and not only that, I asked for it to be on 70 and it never got below 71 so that’s just weird to me. Also thought it was odd that there was only 1 full bathroom available in the house… good thing it ended up being just me and my husband because there’s no way 4,5,6 people can fight over ONE SHOWER. Overall not a bad house but I would definitely choose a nicer house with a more communicative owner..

Pros... The house was very roomy and spacious for the 5 of us. We were only there for a one night stay with a school field trip. The walk out pool was nice, even though we were not there long enough to use it. The home reminded my of Little Italy. It was cozy. The was a neighborhood pond just outside the backyard.Cons...The kitchen counters needed wiping and the floor was sticky. The microwave over the stove did not work. The small one on the counter had to be wiped down before we used it. The dark stained carpet needed a good shampoo. Since the only full bath is upstairs, the home my not be good for some seniors. There's a lack of privacy in the kitchen/living room due to no window or patio door curtains or blinds. My biggest issue was the fact that you cannot control the temperature. You have to contact the homeowner. Because we got in late, ate and went to bed due to having an early morning the next day. I didn't pay attention to the temp. I woke up around two in the morning with a stuffy nose and uncomfortably warm. I'm sure the host would not have responded in the middle of the night to a temp setting. I suffer from sinus issues and the lack of air caused it to flare up. Still dealing with it three days later. I suggest letting the her know in advance your temperature preference. I also suggest bringing extra towels and wash cloths. We did not have for the 5 of us. Also your own toilet tissue.

We loved the location and all of the room to spread out and the pool! It was perfect for our child's volleyball tournament at the convention center and then we spent a few fun days visiting Universal and we liked that it was close without being too close to the chaos.
