Easy check in. This property does not have a gourmet kitchen. There is no oven, only a 2 burner cooktop. The main bathroom had mold growing on the trim around the floor. Maintenance did come address this while we were there. The spare bathroom had a new finish applied to the tub and it was peeling off. The air conditioner had a sign stating it could not be turned below 72 and should be kept between 74-78. If the listing had given correct information, I would have rated it higher.
