Yes. Pool and spa heat can be added for $30/day + tax. The pool heater heats the pool to ~88 degrees and the spa to ~101 degrees. The spa will not heat up unless pool/spa heat is purchased.

A BBQ gas grill is kept at the home on the pool deck. Charcoal grills are not allowed.
3) Does the home have a child safety fence blocking the pool?
There is a child safety fence blocking the pool.
4) Is the kitchen fully stocked?
The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans, cooking utensils, flatware, plates, glasses, etc. (Due to liability reasons no food or food related items are provided.)

Fantastic vacation spot!

Excellent amenities and close to Disney parks. Groceries, restaurants, etc. within 5-10 min drive. Walkable paths. At the end of the street so perhaps a bit quieter than other locations which is a plus!

Reunion get together

The house is exactly as described. Sitting on the golf course and the end of a Cul-de-sac. It was perfect for a quiet vacation. The pool was amazing and the theater was great to hang out all together and watch a movie. I would recommend the house to anyone coming to the Orlando area. 10/10

Husband's 50th birthday

My family and I had a wonderful time celebrating my husband's birthday. The home was clean ans exactly as shown in the listing. I gave a 4 star rating instead of 5 because the oven did not work and the heated pool wasn't very warm. Overall the stay was great.

Amazing Family Vacation

This home and family trip was outstanding !!! We had plenty of fun things to do - even when the weather outside did not cooperate. The house was very clean, very well decorated, and had all the extra bells and whistles. Additionally the water park was also truly amazing fun for kids and adults.

Perfect Getaway

This was our first VRBO experience and it was superb. The property was exactly like the photos and very clean. The property management was friendly, patient and helpful with any and all questions. This experience will truly be hard to beat. We are already planning our next visit to this property.

We stayed at this villa with our children and grandchildren. Lovely Villa, plenty of space, great location for getting around to Disney, shopping etc. Also being on the golf course was an added bonus as we played a few rounds of golf as well. Would definitely stay there again. In a great spot overlooking the 13th hole. The Grandkids loved the games room and cinema room, and enjoyed the pool as well. A beautiful villa with everything you need.

Was a perfect location for a family vacation. Four families which included 7 grandchildren. Pool at the house was great and the community pool was a bonus and enjoyed. Have stayed in many VRBO and this was the best. The house being on a corner lot was nice for privacy and for the children to play outside. Highly recommend this home for a large party. Plenty of space.
