Welcome to my newly renovated two-story townhome. At a full 1300 square feet, you will enjoy 2 bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms and a convenient half bathroom downstairs. There are both shower and tub options available.

The home is furnished with king-size and queen-size memory foam beds with an optional air bed downstairs. Each room is equipped with a Smart TV to enjoy Netflix and chill. The unit also includes a brand new brand-new washer/dryer for your convenience.

Enjoy the open concept design of the dining and living room with a dedicated workspace and high-speed internet. Glass French doors open onto a private backyard with a 2-person hammock and a cozy patio area for your morning coffee.

In terms of amenities, we've got you covered too. You'll have access to things like an iron, hair dryer, towels, soap, paper towels, oxygen, and more.

Free Parking is available on premises with two marked parking spots in front of the house.

Inside the kitchen, you'll find all the silverware, pots, pans, and plates you need to cook a dinner from scratch!

The optimal number of guests would be 4-6, but we can fit 8 if you're willing to squeeze.

Extremely Happy Stay

Everything about this stay made it extremely enjoyable. The host provided all information we needed the day of arrival. The place was very clean and comfortable. Location was perfect for us, making it easy to get to the highway. Highly recommend this place and we will stay here again the next time we’re in Orlando.

Such a great space and neighborhood! The bedrooms are beautiful, slept well on the very comfortable mattress, living area is comfortable and stylish! Check in was easy and check out was just as easy. Would definitely recommend this place.

Great place to stay

The photos of the listing are a true representation of the property. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms very nice, kitchen was great. Our stay was unexpectedly extended while we awaited our house to be ready. Hosts were accommodating. One of the best parts was the coffee bar, made life much easier in the morning. Location is very close to downtown, but nestled in a nice neighborhood.

We had to visit Orlando for unfortunate events and we were able to extend our stay easily. This home is VERY clean! The neighborhood is very charming and easily walkable. I cannot recommend this host more!!!

Great Location in Central Orlando

This property was perfect for our relocation into central Orlando. Located in a beautiful neighborhood, minutes away from great dining and entertainment. Host was easy to contact and replied timely. House was a gem for the three of us for over 30 days. Bonus was parking for 3 vehicles.

Orlando stay

A brief 4 day stay to visit family was made more delightful by this terrific property… just be sure to recognize the bedrooms are both upstairs, which was a bit tough to navigate for my spouse with some health issues… but we managed. Beautifully decorated and newly renovated …. With a cute ice cream shop on the corner!!!
