Situated on a quiet Mediterranean styled gated community, less than 15 minutes from Disney World Theme Parks and attractions, with easy access to the fabulous beaches on the East and West coast and many fantastic golf courses. 4 Bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, games room, air conditioning throughout, private pool, the villa has a lovely view over a lawn retention area giving a good degree of privacy and receiving sun until dusk making it a great place to watch sunsets.
The villa is in a peaceful area 6 miles west of Walt Disney World . On site facilities include a fabulous clubhouse with a reception, gym, play room, and a large communal heated pool and spa, all this is available for your use at no extra cost. Close to a Walmart, Starbucks and restaurants.
