  • Welcome to Sunset Dreams Villa, a stylish 4-bedroom, 4-bath home perfectly located near Orlando’s top attractions. This professionally decorated retreat features a modern kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and plenty of seating—8 at the dining table and 4 more at the breakfast bar—making it ideal for family meals and gatherings.

    The open-concept living area offers a cozy sectional and a 50-inch TV, perfect for unwinding after a fun-filled day. Step outside to your private screened pool and spillover spa, complete with outdoor dining, a half bath, and plenty of seating to relax and soak up the Florida sunshine.

    The villa comfortably sleeps 8 guests. On the first floor, you’ll find a queen bedroom for easy access and privacy. Upstairs features the spacious king master suite with a private bath, a second queen bedroom, and a fun themed kids’ room with two full beds. Every bedroom is equipped with its own TV to keep everyone entertained throughout your stay.

    • POOL HEAT:

    Heating is available for $35 per day (plus tax) with a 5-day minimum and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. Please note the attached spa is not a hot tub—it does not have jets, and it heats to the same temperature as the pool, not exceeding 90°F. The heating system uses heat exchange, which does not operate in temperatures below 50°F. No refunds will be provided if the pool does not reach the desired temperature in cold weather.
