Orlando Villa near Disney, free Private Heated Pool, free Grill and free WiFi

Your vacation villa is a completely furnished three bedroom home that offers all you will need to enjoy a worry free and stress free vacation in the Orlando area. It’s more comfortable than other units in the Wellington area so that everyone in your family will have their own room to relax in and it is only minutes from Walt Disney World. If you have extra friends with you we have a pull out sofa in the living room for that extra bed so a total of eight guests may be present.

We also take special extra precautions to ensure that your vacation home is sanitized as recommended by the CDC to keep you and your family safe. We additionally have contact free check in and check out for your safety, but we are also available if you have the need to meet us.

The villa is professionally cleaned after each guest departs and is available 24 hours later, which provides enough time for our professional cleaners to completely clean the villa from from previous guests who have departed. We personally conduct follow up inspections to ensure it is up to our standards and the recommended standards of the hotel/motel industry during these times.

Every bedroom has its' own 32 inch TV.

The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, with walk in shower, a walk in closet, and a king size bed in a very spacious room. It even includes a plush siting chair for your comfort.

The Queen bedroom has a chest of drawers and offers lots of closet space. Included is a four speed ceiling fan for that comfortable breeze. There is additionally a very limited framed litho of how to draw Mickey mouse.

The twin bedroom has two twin beds and lots of closet space and includes a dresser for the children. It is tastefully decorated and has original art from one of the nearby parks. We also have a port-a-crib, highchair, booster seat, and umbrella stroller for your very youngest.

You'll enjoy a relaxing evening in the living area while watching the 63” Smart TV and enjoy the various channels to choose from or maybe going online with the free wireless internet that is available for use with your own device. A Blue Ray player is ready to use below the main TV. We recently added a nice sound bar to the system. Our sofa is a sleeper sofa so you have an extra bed should you need it.

The fully appointed kitchen with granite counter top offers stainless steel appliances as well as a coffee maker, toaster, tea kettle, and numerous other kitchen items that you might normally find in your home. In the dining area, the table expands with a leaf to seat eight. You may also want to sit at the kitchen table for a quiet breakfast before the days adventures begin with seating for four.

In the game room there is an Xbox 360, Foosball table, and a dart board for your enjoyment. It has carpet installed that is sure to impress your children. The television in the game room is also an over the air television which means if the cable system is interrupted you can use that tv to see what is going on in the greater Orlando area.

The solar and heat pump heated private pool offers great fun for the entire family with a fully screened in lanai, table, and chairs for four with two additional lounge chairs. It's even nicer than most villas as we never charge extra for the heating of the pool. You can enjoy a swim to cool down after a day at the parks and afterwards relax by the pool with your favorite beverage! Our pool is heated as necessary year round so your pool is always warm as long as the outside temperature is greater than 65 degrees. We have even included a gas grill for your use.

Your vacation villa is less than 9 miles to Disney’s Animal Kingdom and close to Universal Studios, Sea World and only a relatively short ride to Legoland. It is also centrally located to either Florida coast for you to enjoy the ocean or gulf. This location offers everything you need for the perfect Florida get away in your vacation home!

The house is very spacious with almost 1700 livable square feet of space. The house is block construction with stucco and is on a large corner lot. Added to this is a camera security system to protect you and the property from any unauthorized personnel. The cameras are only on the outside of the villa so your privacy is always protected.

For security the home has cameras on only the exterior of the building and there are no audio recording device either on the inside or outside. For your security and that of the property there are two cameras that cover every outside potential entrance to the home. Blocking or defeating a security camera system is considered tampering with a security device under Florida Law.
