This was a great place to stay for a family vacation. It was clean and well maintained inside and out. Jane, the owner was a great communicator, accommodating to questions and request. This was our families first time to stay in a vacation rental, we typically stay in hotels. We did not cook or eat at the house, but the kitchen looked like it had all you would need if you wanted to do so. The only downside for us was the location. Though it was supposed to be a short drive to Disney parks, with SO MUCH TRAFFIC in the off season, it still took us 25-30 minutes. We were not expecting this amount of time to get to and from Magic Kingdom. Overall the property was great, the owner was fabulous, and the place is clean and spacious for a large family vacation.

We had a fantastic stay at this home. Every step of the way, the owner, Jane, was communicative and helpful while providing information and helpful tips to local attractions during our stay. The home was spacious, very clean and organized, well stocked, and comfortable. Also, the private pool and spa tub were an added bonus! Pool towels are included, so no need to pack those. The home is a very short walk to the resort pool, water slides, and spray park as well as to the game room and market, which serves breakfast and lunch options. Also, you can’t beat the very close location to the Disney parks! I would absolutely stay here again!

Fantastic family villa.!

We had an absolutely amazing time staying at the villa, it had everything and more that we needed and we had a really comfortable stay. The location was just right for everything we needed and the view from the villa pool area was just beautiful

Great Stay

Property was in a great location, very convenient to get to Disney attractions. Lots of room for us, 6 adult children, and 3 grandchildren. Jane was very communicative leading up to and during our stay. We've stayed in the area using VRBO before and this was the best of any we've stayed at. If we do the family teip to WDW again I'll definitely try to book this one again!

Business Trip at Orange County Convention Center

Owners and Property management company were awesome as we booked for a convention last minute. We got lucky those specific dates were open because it is very booked in the future.Great value with three king bedrooms so lots of room we used and three other rooms. Lots of cool fun things in villa to entertain adults and two very cool themed kids rooms and game room.

Incredible experience!

Our family had so much fun staying at this VRBO! There wasn't anything that we needed that wasn't provided. Loved the pool & hot tub and being within walking distance of the community center and water fun. The host was amazing and communication an A+. Would definitely go again!

Fantastic in every way!

The house is beautiful, it was immaculately kept and the view from the pool area is awesome. Clubhouse has some decent food for a quick meal. Very close to Disney. Traffic to and from the park was brutal a couple times but that’s the price you pay for being close to the park. Don’t think you could do any better if looking for a house close to the park. Jane is great to deal with.

Relaxing Time

We had a great time, the place is very clean and great place to relax and the kids loved they had their own pool and bedroom. The clubhouse is a short walk. It was an awesome place and hope to be back soon.

Amazing stay!

What a beautiful place to stay! The house was wonderful. We enjoyed the pool after a long day in the parks. So many dishes made it so easy to cook meals at the house. Lots of pool towels was a plus also. Beds were very comfortable too. Close to the parks and a Walmart right down the street was great for doing pickups.Jane was a pleasure to work with. Great for a family

This house was a great find for a big family like ours! Plenty of room, great pool, and great location. For future renters, be sure to bring your own toilet paper and garbage bags. This was the first rental we've rented where that hasn't been provided beyond the partial roll left in the bathroom and the single garbage bag in the can. Location was great for visiting all the theme parks and close to lots of restaurants and stores. Our kids loved the game room with the pool table.

Amazing Stay!

We traveled to Orlando from the Midwest with my husband, children, my brother and father, ages 9-67. This property was amazing. The house is better than it shows online, incredibly spacious and clean . Proximity to Disney & Universal was great. Pool & hot tub were amazing to start or end our day. We went right after a hurricane and communication was amazing. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!! Gated community gave us a great sense of safety. Pool and water slides at clubhouse were great. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!!

Great location with good amenities

Loved the location near Disney. Walmart very close by. 6 bedrooms worked very well with our large family. Loved the amenities (indoor pool and larger pools, splash park and water slides nearby). My only negative comment is that we had to make a trip to buy toilet paper, garbage bags, hand soap and shampoo/conditioner. Thought it should be included for a 6 day stay. Also, beds are soft (not my liking but realize this is a personal preference).

Family Vacay

Our three adult sons and their families joined my husband and I for a quick family get away to Disney. The location of this house was ideal! Quick drive to Magic Kingdom and Animal Kingdom. The beds were very comfortable and kitchen had all of the necessary utensils. Our granddaughter loved the Princess themed bedroom as well as the Harry Potter themed garage! The owner Jane was a pleasure to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again!

This home was exactly as described. There are plenty of rooms with comfy beds and TVs. The house is very close to the parks and all great eating spots. Communication with the owner was very efficient and (very) minor problems were immediately rectified. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your comfortable home, we look forward to visiting you again.

Disney Dream

We truly had an amazing time at this house and everything about our stay from the booking to departure was excellent. The highlights of our stay were the communication with the host, the outside pool area, the comfortable beds, the game room, and the overall location. Outstanding property with excellent owner communication.

Family of 9 grandparents son and daughter in law and children. Lovely home very well equipped. Great location very close to all the central Florida attractions. The estate where the house is located is immaculate and in itself has good amenities. The owner provides detailed and clear instructions and communication with her was very quick. Family Disney Trip with kids and grandson

Great home with a great location to Disney and Universal. Plenty of space for our family of 9. Great place to get the family together...bath and bedroom for each adult couple and good space inside and out to gather for family meals and pool time. The themed rec room was fun although we didn't get much time to enjoy it. Would recommend and stay there again. Jane was wonderful to communicate with and also made sure there was space in the overflow parking for our RV. 5 stars!

Windsor Hills Villa

Overall our stay was wonderful. Check in was quick and easy. The villa was clean and every worked very well for my family with 5 adults and 3 children. Having the heated pool proved to be very popular. The games room got some good use when we just wanted to have down time. The kids loved their theme bedrooms. Would highly recommend this villa and would definitely stay there again. Thanks

Ladies week to see Pink

I didn't personally go, but my wife, her sister, and our granddaughter all went. Along with several of their friends. They loved the house and the location. They had fun relaxing at the pool and spa. The rooms were clean, well maintained, and spacious. It's very close to Disney and the venue they went to for the Pink concert. Overall, they had a great time, and would definitely return. Thanks for the great hospitality.

Simply can't be beat .....

This Villa - and Jane - set a very high bar. We had a travel nightmare getting to Orlando that was completely forgotten after a fabulous week in this Villa. It is an exceptional facility in an idyllic setting that simply can't be beat. Our hostess, Jane, has a lot to teach others on how it should be done - timely communications, a warm welcome, good advice and even her problem solving skills helped to make this vacation one of the ones we will remember fondly for a very long time.
