Welcome to beautiful Regal Palms Resort!

Just 8 miles from Disney World and a short drive to Universal Studios, Legoland, Sea World, Aquatica, Margaritaville, City Walk, Disney Springs, Discovery Cove, and loads more attractions.
Great shopping at nearby Posner Park (5 miles) and the Outlet Malls on Hwy 4, and loads of awesome Restaurants close by. Golf is a 4 minute drive to Highlands Reserve (across the street).

Our family-friendly resort has a large Resort Pool area, Lush tropical landscaping, Lazy River, Waterslide, Hot Tub, Saunas, Gym, Restaurant, Bar, Ice Cream Shop, Arcade and more. It's truly fun for the whole family.

The pool offers a beach entry area for the little ones. We have outdoor and indoor hot tubs, wet and dry saunas, outdoor playground, Tiki Bar, Restaurant, Bar, Billiards, Club House and Poolside Dining, Health & Beauty Spa, Gym/Fitness Centre, Arcade, Ice Cream Shop, Banana Jack's Indoor Playground and 24 hour Front Desk.

The Exclusive Gated Resort boasts grounds that are lush and well manicured, providing a picturesque Oasis.

Our home is spacious (largest model), bright and clean and has quality furnishings throughout. It is an easy 4-5 minute walk to the clubhouse and pool.
You will enjoy the comfortable furniture, modern decor and fully equipped kitchen. Flat Screen TVs are in every room, and we have Free High Speed Wireless Internet,

There are two large master bedrooms, both with private ensuite bathrooms. Two twin bedrooms share the third bathroom. and there is a convenient 2-piece washroom on the main floor. All the bedrooms have Flat Screen TVs, and comfy Memory Foam Mattresses.


LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!

In the plaza beside the resort there is a Publix Grocery Store, Applebee's Resturant, Pizza Parlour, British Pub, Bank, ATM, Drugstore, Gas Station, Starbucks, Twisty Treat Ice Cream, Giovanni's Italian Restaurant, Jersey Mike's and more. Walmart is 3 miles away. Lots of nearby shopping and dining just minutes away as well. Across the street from Regal Palms is Highlands Reserve Golf Course.

Our location is ideal. We are 8 miles from Disney and centrally located to all area attractions and shopping. Coastal Beaches on both sides are a short drive (1hr,25m). There is so much to do that you will have to come back to experience it all!

Great house

We loved this property! So much room for my large family. Everyone was so easily accommodated. We had an issue with the air conditioning that was dealt with promptly. The property also contained all of the baby things that we could possibly need including a high chair, pack & play, & stroller. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks for having us!

Great stay for our Disney trip!

The setup was great for our group of 8, and we enjoyed the pool and water slide on our rest days! It's a solid 25-30 mins to get to the parks. We enjoyed ourselves there, and had prompt response for the one small issue we had and it was rectified quickly.

Great location nice home

Everyone warned us that traffic to Disney would be a nightmare but the location of this home allowed us to take back roads and skip the highway for most of the drive. The pool area was nice. The adult beds were comfortable.

Great Spot!

We really enjoyed our stay here! Fit our two families of 4 easily. The listing pictures accurately represent the property, the property was clean, and it was close to everything we needed (Disney, Universal, shopping, beaches). The pool area is great for kids/teens with the water slide and a small lazy river. Resort restaurant had good food and prompt service with friendly staff. If/When we return to Florida, I would not hesitate to stay here again!

Perfect for a Disney Trip

My family/friends and I made a trip to Hollywood Studios and this was the perfect location! It was only a 23 minute drive to the gate. The house was clean and provided everything we needed for our stay.

Loved the Resort Atmosphere

Clubhouse, pool and Arcade were amazing. Pool had a Lazy river and a water slide, Tiki bar and ice cream parlor. We visited for 6 days, hit Disney parks for 2 days, rested at the Pool for a day and then hit 2 more parks. I only wish we had another full day just to chill at the pool again, it was very relaxing.

This place is just a little way from Disney, but I would stay here, even if I wasn't going to Disney. Roomy, clean, and beautiful, I would highly recommend this place. The pool is top-notch, also. Family Friendly Town house

The location was not far from all of the major parks and we loved the pool. The property was well maintained. Our only complaint is that we were told that the arcade was open till a certain time, so we went the one night to use it and they had closed it early. So that was disappointing for our daughter who we had promised we would go. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Loving Regal Palms

This was our 5th time to stay at Regal Palms. It has never disappointed us. Our condo was a great size for our family. There are a lot of conveniences near by. I would have given it 5 stars on everything but the shower liner in the downstairs bedroom was molded. Overall, it’s an awesome place to stay with very reasonable rates.

Great family friendly property

The front area of this home is beautiful and very welcoming. Parking for 2 bigger vehicles. The first level of this home has 1 bedroom, the kitchen, 1 and half bath and the living area. It is all tile flooring. The couch was dirty when we arrived with hair and a few stains. Off the living area is a very small back patio with a few lawn chairs. We did not use this area as the chairs and concrete were quite dirty. The house had zero essentials, toilet paper, cleaner etc. this was in the description. The second level of the house has 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms and laundry closet. The entire second floor is carpet beside the bathrooms. The carpet was old and wore out. Needs to be replaced or cleaned. The beds were very comfortable and clean. All the rooms had newer TVs The AC worked great The resort area was excellent. The pool was very nice with no hidden fees. Resort is approximately 35 minutes from Disney area. Overall this is a very functional home and with a little better cleaning and a few minor upgrades this would be a 5 star home.I would stay here again.

Change the sheets

The sheets in the master bedroom had not been changed. Black hairs in the bed and the sheets were so old that they have fuzz balls throughout. They should have been replaced months ago. I would not return to this property

Nice, but not great

Unit was nice, well equipped, but we felt that cleaning was not up to par. Downstairs floors were dirty and we had to sweep up ourselves. Pool on property wasn't always clean and one day it was even green.
