This villa is located in one of the closest gated communities to Disney, just 3 miles away from the attractions. Situated off 192 West in Kissimmee, you'll never run out of things to do with nearby gift shops, designer outlet malls, restaurants, and major supermarkets.

Sunset Lakes is an exclusive, small, gated community, surrounded by tranquil lakes and overlooking a conservation area. The community features a pool, and a recently refurbished play area. Fishing is allowed in the lakes and from the boardwalk.

Our home boasts an open-plan layout, offering spacious and stylish accommodations. Fully furnished to an exceptional standard, it includes modern amenities and an alarm system for peace of mind.

The pool area has a covered lanai with seating, offering peaceful views of the conservation area and lake, where wildlife can often be spotted.

The villa features 4 bedrooms, designed with comfort and a homely feel. The master bedroom has a king-size bed featuring a walk-in wardrobe with shelves and fitted rails. Alongside an en-suite bathroom with a large walk-in shower, jacuzzi bathtub, twin sinks, plenty of soft towels, a hairdryer and complimentary toiletries.

The further queen bedroom and two twin rooms, all with fitted wardrobes, smart TV’s, air conditioning, heating, and ceiling fans. The second bathroom also features a bath/shower, twin sinks, soft towels, a hairdryer and complimentary toiletries.

Wi-Fi is provided free of charge throughout the property.

The spacious living area features a 66" SMART plasma screen TV complemented by surrounding vibrant LED lights. Additionally, there’s a Bluetooth stereo for your entertainment. The comfortable lounge has large sliding patio doors with ample seating for up to 8 people.

The family kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a microwave, coffee machine, toaster, and pizza oven. The open-plan dining area has plenty of seating for everyone and opens onto the pool lanai, perfect for family "alfresco dining."

For safety, the patio door is fitted with a child alarm to signal entry to the pool area.
The pool area includes an abidance of play equipment, colourful lights, and comfortable sun-beds to help you relax and soak up the sun.

The laundry room has a fully fitted washing machine and dryer available, where you can find extra pool/beach towels provided.

Whether you're spending the day at the theme parks or enjoying a relaxing day by the pool, you won’t find a more comfortable vacation than in this "home from home."

Great family trip

Absolutely loved our stay here! The house was clean and had plenty of space. Pool was nice and relaxing. Location is very convinient to the parks. I would stay here again the next time we are in the area!

Sunset Lake Gem

We really enjoyed our 3 weeks in this lovely villa. We found it to be clean and in a great location. The pool was great and we picked up the afternoon sunshine nicely. Great wildlife to be soon was a plus for us. An added bonus was the management team were right on hand and helped with a little issue in double quick time! Thanks for having us Audra.

A great base for a brilliant holiday

Final trip for our senior daughters softball career

Everything was advertised. Audra is very easy to work with. We were there to watch our daughter and her teammates start their college softball season. Everything you need is close by.

Lovely well maintained home in superb location

Fantastic property. Comfortable, spacious and well equipped, and in a great location too. Close to attractions, restaurants and grocery stores. Pool was fantastic getting sun from mid morning into the evening and overlooking a conservation lake. Property was close to a main road and some folks may find traffic noise intrusive if seeking peace and quiet but it didn't bother us during our stay. Would 100% recommend this home and would choose to stay here again if holidaying in Orlando.

Great house in an excellent location

Had a wonderful holiday in Florida staying in sunset lakes. The house had everything we wanted and had a lovely private outlook at the back of the house (over a lake). All the Disney parks were only 15-20 mins away so we could easily come home mid afternoon to dive in the pool and then go back at night. We only had one issue with the air con which was resolved immediately with great help from Audra, we also great communication all the way through which was greatly appreciated. Excellent shops, cinema and restaurants close by in Sunset Walk (great burgers at Fords Garage). We would very happily stay here again

At last!

We finally managed to have our holiday after 3 Covid-related cancellations! We had a lovely 2 weeks in the villa, which was very comfortable and relaxing to come back to after busy park days. We could've stayed there for a lot longer and really didn't want to go back to rainy England! We especially loved just floating around in the heated pool while watching the birds around the lake. Audra has been a very helpful and accommodating host, even with so many changes to our booking. We can't wait to come back again!

What a location!

This villa is one of the best we have stopped at in the 25yrs of holidaying in Florida. The location is perfect for all the Theme parks. Also a fantastic area for food restaurants a short drive away. The villa is only a 20-30 min drive from Orlando International Airport. The area is very relaxing with great views across the lake and lots of wildlife. The villa itself is very clean and well maintained. The seating and beds are very comfortable. The heated pool was lovely as the weather was quite cool during our stay. Great selection of free TV programs particularly liked the sports channels. I thoroughly recommend this villa! Paul England

Excellent Place to Stay!

Our eldest boy was turning 13 so we decided to bring him and his brother (9) to Orlando for a short week of Universal fun! We also brought our 16 year old niece. House had plenty of room and was equipped with everything we needed, and more. We were close to parks and the pool was an added bonus after a long day. Kitchen was great to eat in and save a couple $. Family room was great for evening moving nights. Community was gated and quiet, neighbors were so nice and friendly and the pond was excellent for morning fishing for the boys! Lots of restaurants close by, Walmart also very close and convenient. We plan to come back and would love to stay here again! Thanks again for allowing us to stay in your home!

Our sunshine home

The villa lived up to expectations and the pool was great. Audra, our host was very helpful from initial booking to making contact with us whilst staying at the villa. Neighbours that we encountered were very friendly and the mysterious person who put our bins out to the kerbside thankyou.

Great area. Needs a good deep clean.

Property was in a good area to visit Disney Parks. House could use a good deep clean. Carpets and floors visibly dirty. Ice maker had black specks in ice so we had to buy a bag of ice and just use that. Beds were comfortable.
