Welcome to our Home Away from Home at Regal Palms Resort and Spa.

Our home is a spacious, bright and very clean family friendly home. You will fall in LOVE with our high quality comfy beds, furniture, modern decor, fully equipped kitchen as well as full size washer and dryer. The house has a private 2 car driveway.

We are a short drive away from Disney World (approx. 15 min), SeaWorld (approx. 21 min), Universal Studios theme parks (approx. 23 min) and LEGOLAND (approx. 35 min). Enjoy fun-filled days of rides, shows and parades, plus enjoy the dining, shopping and nightlife in the theme parks. Stroll along shops, restaurants and night clubs on Disney’s Downtown.

Our townhouse has 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths and sleeps 6 adults or maximum of 8 with small children. The house features 2 large master suites with king size beds, 42' Flat screen TV's and private baths with soaker tubs. Relax on the balcony as the sunsets from the comfort of your bedroom. The third bedroom is located on the main floor and has 2 twin size beds, 32' Flat screen TV and a full size adjoining bathroom. Free WIFI. Enjoy the comforts of home in our comfy living room which has quality leather furniture and 42' Flat screen TV, relax after a long day at the parks sitting in the back with a cold drink or family movie night. We have it all.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION

We LOVE this resort and all it has to offer and so will you. It offers a 2 acre lush tropical swimming pavilion complete with a waterslide, lazy river, hot tub and a zero-entry pool for the little ones in the family. There is plenty to do for everyone a playground, beach volleyball, movie nights by the pool, fitness centre with sauna and steam room, day spa, arcade, restaurant, bar and DJ in the evenings.

Regal Palms Resort is the perfect location for a golfer's get away. It is located next to the scenic and highly rated Highlands Reserve Golf Club, Celebration Golf Club, Southern Dunes, Diamondback and many more.

Within walking distance is a Publix grocery store, CVS Pharmacy, Applebee's Restaurant, Bank, Liquor store, Walk-In Medical Clinic, and a Walmart and Target within 3 miles.

Included: playpen, pool inner tubs for adults and kids, DVD players, DVD's for all ages.8

Please Note: Regal Palms charges $20/day per house, plus tax that is paid at check-in. Starting Sept.1, 2023 a $100 incidental hold will be placed on a credit card at the reservation desk at check-in. Hold will be released back to the card on file once all items are returned to the reservation desk at time of check-out. It may take 3 to 5 days for credit cards or 5 to 10 days for debit cards to see the funds credited.

Perfect getaway

The house was perfect for our family, very clean and comfortable. It really felt like we were at home. It has everything you need from a fully stocked kitchen, pool floats, beach towels to a high chair and pack n play for the baby! The kids really enjoyed the pool. We will definitely visit again! Excellent little spot, very comfortable. No salt, pepper or other seasonings, and the hot water in the kitchen sink is a little more on the lukewarm side, but I only cooked two meals so it wasn’t very limiting. Commute to Disney was about 25 min, not bad.

Fun relaxing stay in Davenport

We had a great time at the Regal Palms Resort. The townhome was super clean (by far the cleanest rental I've experienced). The location is close enough to the resort area that we could walk to all the fun stuff. The kids and adults alike all enjoyed the lazy river, pool and water slide. Would definitely return again.
