Everything was amazing ! Everyone really enjoyed the arcade room and the pool with the hot tub. This house was baby friendly and included a crib for my son. we look forward to booking this house in our next visit! steve was also great with communicating with me also !

Fantastic house

We just returned from a 2 week stay with our children and grandchildren. The house is fantstic, it was large enough for 11 of us to have our own space, the children loved the themed bedrooms, the games room and cinema room. The pool and deck are excellent and the location, only 5 minutes walk from the Oasis Club, is ideal. We highly recommend this property.

Perfect vacation home for large family

We had a blast! This house is perfect for large family with all ages! Arcade room & pool were a hit! We didn’t even make it to the resort pool because the house was so fun! Nice quiet neighborhood conveniently located! Very responsive property manager - had a few issues at checkin but were promptly resolved! Would stay again!

Incredible arcade!

We have stayed at numerous homes in Champions Gate over the years and I can confidently say this one has the best arcade, hands down. We had family members ranging from 4 years old to 75 and everyone loved the high quality games! (The rest of the house is fantastic as well and just as advertised!)

Amazing trip! Family and kid friendly

The house was very spacious, clean, and kid friendly. There were so much things to do including swimming in the big pool and playing in the arcade. The kids absolutely loved it. The host responded quickly to all questions. And the manager was always available when needed. Disney and all the fun attractions were close by. I will definitely recommend!!!

This property was everything it said it was. My grandsons especially loved the arcade room, pool and gaming/movie room. Host response was quick and property manager was prompt to respond as well. One thought, it would have been nice if hand towels and a couple of potholders were provided. Loved our stay and would definitely go back!

Family Disney Trip

We spent one day at each of the Disney parks and had a free day to enjoy the house. The kids loved the themed bedrooms. The game room was enjoyed by kids and adults alike. We also appreciated the mostly soundproof nature of the game room so the rest of us had some peace and quiet. We never even made it to the community pool because there was so much to do at the house. Highly recommend this for families with kids.

Lots of space for family

Great communication with owner. Lots of space. Heated Pool and hot tub worked well! Movie room and game were were fun additoons. But some repairs were needed. One dryer upstairs didnt work, one of the game room games didnt work, and towel rack andntoilet paper holder were broke in upstairs bathroom. Outsode cushions needed replaced, very stained. Overall a nice place for the 12 people in our family.

Absolutely wonderful!

From the time we entered the house everything was great. We had children ages 6 and 10 and between the game room, pool and movies it was just perfect. The house had everything we needed. I will absolutely stay here again. The community center was wonderful and so convenient. I can not say enough about Cary! I had a family emergency and needed to extend our day by one day and was able to do so immediately! Everything about our stay and the house was perfect.

The house is huge and will sleep a ton of people. The arcade in the garage was fun to have. The house is overall clean, but is in need of a deep clean for baseboards, vents, and dust on walls. If you are visiting Disney World, the drive can be anywhere from 30 mins to an hour depending on the amount of traffic. The property manager is very responsive. Had issues with WiFi, dryer and spa heating and he fixed them right away.

Fun family gathering!

Our family of 10 adults had a wonderful time! The house is exactly as pictured. The arcade room was lots of fun! And the theater room was nice to have to watch movies away from the living room. The house was big enough for everyone to have their own space. The owner was very accommodating and quick to respond to my inquiries. There are a few items to note that are beyond the control of the property manager…there are a few houses being built just a few doors down and the workers start at 7:00 am 7 days a week with hammers and nail guns. The other thing that is important to point out is that since there is only one entrance for guests this gate can get backed up during busy times (right after the parks close). But overall this house definitely met our needs and we all enjoyed playing the games together and making lots of cherished memories. We’d definitely rent this one again!

Fun family vacation

We stayed for a week in January, and were lucky enough to have a couple warm days. The amenities at the oasis club were spectacular, my boys loved the lazy river and water slide, and I liked that the water was heated so I could tolerate it. The house itself is enormous, I kept getting turned around. The themed bedrooms were a big hit. The pool heat is definitely necessary in January, and the hot tub was very relaxing. The owner and property manager were very communicative and easy to contact, and responded promptly which we appreciated. The kitchen could do with some updated utensils and cookware and maybe a pair of scissors but all in all it didn’t detract from our stay. We would definitely stay again and would recommend it to anyone especially families with small children. There was a crib, a pack and play, high chair, and sitting chair provided which was great. The pool alarm took some getting used to but I appreciated it being there as it gave me peace of mind, there was no possible way a child was sneaking out back to the pool without us knowing, so I felt very safe having the children there. We only did 2 days of parks snd it was very close by and easy to navigate to, and there were plenty of amenities both at the house and at the oasis club to keep us busy on days we didn’t go to Disney/Universal.

VERY IMPRESSED BY THIS AMAZING GEM!

This property owner really outdid themself. The photos are spot on to what you will find upon arrival. Our family arrived to a very easy check-in and and upon entering the home the immediately bolted in every direction running from room to room and shouting in excitement. They didn’t even realize they had not yet seen the greatest part of it all, the arcade! We really wished we had found this place sooner and been able to book a longer stay as there is so much to do there. The home inside and out was very clean, spacious and beautifully decorated with Disney themed rooms. To say we liked it is a gross understatement, my children now want to know why we can’t live there forever! During our stay it rained for 1 day and none of us got bored or felt cramped. Everyone had plenty of things to do to keep them busy and I didn’t hear our children argue once from being stir crazy. We also took advantage of the resort amenities at the restaurant by the lazy river on that day and were pleasantly surprised to see people floating in it anyway and it was heated to the perfect temperature. This location is conveniently situated, with easy access to major roads and the perfect spot for a large family or group vacation. We couldn’t have enjoyed ourselves more and can’t wait to return! A million thanks to the host for providing such a beautiful, safe and fun filled retreat for us!
